Check-in process was a nightmare. I received close to a dozen emails from the hotel prior to arrival. Watch the youtube video, download the app and all that. Still my app didn’t let me open the room door. I went back down stairs from the three floor, redid my check-in at the kiosk (took me ages to figure out where is the confirmation code), and eventually called the service. The help came quickly and the problem was solved. I stayed at many unmanned hotels. None of them had such a complicated/ botched process. My advice: forget abut JustIn.

The location is very good, but the room is not worth the price we paid. - Tv was not working - Room is very small, and very basic. (Not even a trash bin) - Can't open the window to have a fresh air

When we checked-in, we discovered that the TV is not working, same with the A/C. The room was very cold. After reaching customer service (via WhatsApp), we got the help we needed. Customer service is very helpful. Positive points : - A big park is in front of the Hotel - Easy to go to Central station (10 minutes with the tram) - Good stores and restaurants at walking distance - Contactless Check-in (using a mobile app) - Helpful customer service

The room spec said there was a shared kitchen, however, there were no cooking or food storage facilities. It was a sink and cupboards full of extra amenities for the room. I didn't mind this, but came with a certain expectation of being able to prepare meals during my stay.

Checking in and out was easy. Accessing the building via mobile was great. Also, being able to contact the helpdesk via WhatsApp was very handy, and they were quick to respond. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower in particular was immense!

Shower room can be seen from outside(neighbors). No privacy. That’s a big problem. No outlet around a bed. There is one beside TV. But it was very far from bed and too high. It was so inconvenience.

Check in can be a bit of a struggle, especially if you’re from overseas and don’t have a local number. The bathroom door is transparent glass so there is no privacy. Also was very noisy, either other people in the building or the neighbours but the first night was very loud. Thin walls.

Lovely room. Great facilities and amenities. Beautiful location, close to the tram and water. Great restaurants nearby also. Comfy bed and spacious room.

Unfortunately the other Guests that checked on after me were very inconsiderate making a noise until early hours of the morning. I barely slept on the last night. I paid a lot of money and it was disappointing to not be able to rest.

The location was excellent and central. The furnishings and fittings were lovely with attention to detail.

Despite communication being really good and Sam being able to help me through that, I did have a lot of trouble with the self-check in. I understood it was self-check in and I have done many in my past travels with no issues, however, I wasn't a fan of this system's. As a traveller from overseas, I have a data only sim card. To check-in you will need a sim card that can receive SMS in order for you to verify to collect the virtual key. Thankfully, Sam was great and was able to help me through an alternate means.

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious enough for one person. The double bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty of sockets as well for charging. Shower was great and modern. Aircon worked great and also could open the windows if wanted to. I also must say that Sam, the owner and person i was communicating with over Whatsapp was very responsive and helpful.

It was hard to close the windows properly. Although the room was clean, it is a bit worn down. Some lamps didnt work, the rack where you can hang your clothes was a bit rocky. Which brings down the overall impression.

Location is really great, the area is calm. The room was clean and the bed had amazing comfort. Nespresso machine in the room was great! The app to open the door was easy to use.

Being on the ground floor we weren’t able to have the curtains open for natural light due to total exposure. Would suggest a lower blind or tint for the lower window. A few additional amenities such as a fridge and items like bottle opener available for guests.

One of the rooms was fine, but another one had many issues: the window was not closing, the TV was covering the mirror and the washbasin, it was difficult to even wash your hands there, the air conditioning was turned directly to the bed so not comfortable at all and the bathroom had a large window towards a collective building, with full transparency when taking a shower. I would definitely not recommend that room. Going upstairs with luggages is also difficult due to the stairs declivity and dimensions.

We had to switch rooms because our room was not cleaned - there were dirty sheets and cups, not vacuumed at all. The second room was better but has mold on the wall by windows because the room was constantly humid. Self check in worked okay

Unfortunately the bed was below expectations. The bed itself was crooked to one side, so you would tend to fall towards that direction while sleeping, Aldo, the bed is pretty much a topper with is not fixed to the bed base, to it would move out of place constantly.

The hotel is well located with a tram nearby to get anywhere you need. The room had the basic stuff you need such as gifted Rituals brand soap, lotion etc., a coffee maker, kettle, TV, etc. When I needed a hairdryer the person on the other side of the WhatsApp number provided me with one quickly.

The room was quite cold and was not cleaned in the whole time of 1 week of our stay - not even the garbage took out, no new towels, even the toilet paper had to be obtained by ourselves in the downstairs drawers.

It was my alternative room for one night, because my room in the other hostel was not possible to stay. It was clean and I was happy to find the room at the late time. At the beginng, I have porblem with the key card, because there was no employees at the check-in, but it was clear very fast (with a app). The bed and shower was very comfortable, just a trash I have missed (just a small in the bathroom). But it is a small critical point,
