Comfortable with all the amenities, nice location, there is a tram station in front of the hotel, also train platforms 1 and 2, and Amsterdam South is near by. You can leave your suitcase in a locker in the lobby after you check out of the room. You can also pick fresh herbs prom the lobby :)

The apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Equipped with washer/dryer, which was handy. Loved that it was directly opposite the tram and train, making it easy to get to the centre of Amsterdam.

Noting in particular, however we had to pay extra taxes, etc. which were not deducted immediately when we checked-in, which meant we had to pay twice for different costs. A wine bottle opener would also be helpful in the unit or even in the hotel as they didn't have one.

Beautiful, spacious accommodation with all the facilities you need. 2 Bedrooms with to full bathrooms which makes it great when travelling as party of 3. It is close to the tram stop and metro with a few coffee shops around the corner and a gym. This is more of a business centre which means we travelled a lot by metro to the inner city, but so worth it. The receptionists were very helpful and accommodating.

The only things we could have done with were baby/toddler items I.e. a high chair and a baby bath as we had to improvise and bring more stuff with us.

Highly priced, especially as it was just outside the main area of Amsterdam.

This was an apartment with all the utensils and facilities needed to accommodated four people very comfortably. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff were very helpful at all times of the day.

The windows were full of dirty spots, also the apartment could have been more throughly cleaned. We stayed here for 3 nights and because it was an apartment with a kitchen we cooked every night (mostly frozen pizza) and every day we left the sign on the door for the garbage to be taken, we didn't expect to have the room cleaned every day(even though it's a 4 star facility) but at least the garbage could be taken. The cleaning ladies, I belive Ukrainian or Russians were pretty loud and disturbing laughing and speaking loudly on the halls.

The location is very good, in the proximity of multiple public transportation stations. The apartment in which we stayed had a nice view of the city(16th floor). The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were pretty big. The reception staff were also very helpful.

I didn't like the pillows. It was too soft for me, but that's down to personal preference. Also, there were no guest slippers, I would have liked a pair each. And because we only stayed 4 days, there was no cleaner coming in, so we had to use the same towel during our stay. The hotel provided water in the fridge. Perhaps a little carton of milk would be a nice touch with the morning coffee, too.

I really liked the space this room had. It had a lovely design, and it got everything we needed. You could find anything and everything from oven to dishwasher. The windows are soundproof, and luckily, no noisy neighbours either while we stayed here. Location is perfect, 15-20 mins to Centraal by metro - depending on which line you take - and about 6 mins from the airport by sprinter ( 1 stop ). In the lounge there is a small station for tea and coffee which is free for the hotel's guests, but no one told us that so we accidentally discovered it on our last day. It's a shame as I didn't like the coffee pods in the room, way too strong - but again, it is a personal preference, not the hotel's fault. Overall, I will visit again, I think that was one of my best stays in Amsterdam! Thank you

The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is not so far from the center. About 500-600 meters walking to the metro station. Supermarket is about 300meters. One stop next to Europalein metro station, so, it is good for visiting the Keukenhof.

1. No microwave over to heat up snack, meals etc - but the oven was efficient. 2. Sofa not comfortable to relax on - a bit like an airport lounge! 3. One night I couldn't get warm ( max +3C on the comfort but didn't seem to heat up ) 4. TV sound was bad - probably due to very sparce soft furnishings so a lot of echo. A few rugs or curtains would help. 5. 2 x TVs - but only 1 remote control

Location was great - I used Ubers or walked to get to the RAI. Very clean spacious apartment with oven, dishwasher, washing m/c & Nespresso m/c. Supermarket nearby to buy essentials. Good simple breakfast bar downstairs ( I was on the 13th floor) - but I bought my own food locally.

I like that it was near metro, train and tram, close to supermarket, restaurants and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very sheek reception and the loft apartment we stayed at was spacious and had everything we needed in it.

I think perhaps it would be helpful if there was a microwave in the kitchen as an added extra. Other than that - l had no issues.

Away from Central Amsterdam but close enough to go back and fourth. Metro was across the road and provided easy access to central Amsterdam. Apartment was clean and spacious and the staff were always very helpful. I would return to stay next time.

Superfriendly and professional staff. Location is easy to reach from the airport (Amsterdam Zuid/WTC, only one stop) and the room was modern with a great view.

We weren’t really informed that the room doesn’t include house-keeping so please be clear regarding these details. Also, I asked for someone to empty the trash and change the towels. All they did was take out the kitchen bin and leave the bathroom bin full of trash. They even put new towels on the bed, and completely left all the old towels in the bathroom which was very careless of them.
