The location is a few steps from Station Zuid, the room is very clean and spacious. The reception staff are very well trained and helpful, especially Mr. Tarek who I thank for his helpful attitude. Definitely not my last stay.

The air conditioning does not work.

The room and bathroom are very spacious. The cleanliness of the room was adequate and efficient. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The internet is super fast. A bit far from the sites of interest of the city but well connected to the main train and bus stations. The area is very safe at all times.

The location was absolutely amazing! Across the road from a large station which connected you to trains, metros and trams - even through its a little further out of central, it didn’t feel like it at all!

The price of parking, €34/day. I understand they should have a night only rate. But this being Amsterdam, I guess that's normal. The structure of the bed makes it very difficult to get out of it, too much.

A hotel appropriate to our time, clean and beautiful. Very good location, in the center, with parking and a spacious, clean room, not noisy and well acclimatized. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The view from the room was the inside of the WTC therefore it was a bunch of offices with very little to no sunlight, the room itself was kept to the bare essentials (safe was strewn on the ground), whereas the design seemed to have been made by someone who was at an entry level in the architectural field. The temperature of the room could not pass the 24 deg Celsius. Cleaning was kept to a minimum.

The staff at the front desk of this hotel will make up for any shortcomings associated with the room itself. Knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help with any issues including help with public transportation around the city. The breakfast buffet was good the quality of the products was great. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of elevators. Again I cannot reiterate how nice the staff was. The location was right next to a train station so it was easy to get around and come back. The area around the hotel was super nice, chill and friendly.

The location is great. It is within one to two minutes of walk from Amsterdam Zuid station. The room was clean and the space was also large.

The entrance was difficult to find

The location is right outside the Amsterdam Zuid train station so it is well connected to public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and very nice for the price paid.

Only one quilt, so you have to share :/, no wardrobe for clothes only simple hanger and no shower head to grab only one from celing, but that was not so much negative.

Room was very clean, working TV, comfy bed, ok view from the room, it was clean enough. There was a small table and chair. We liked the sockets with the light controls on the bed "pillars" with "bed tables" on each side. Lightning was also very nice. Great and yummy breakfast, always someone at reception desk, great check in times, self check in also avaliable. Great transporation from the locality blue metro line will get you to the city center only few meters away from the hotel. Very good Wifi connection.

It feels like sleeping in an office as hotel rooms are basically organized in the same building where offices are. Bathroom is tiny.

Located inside the World Trade Center, the location is perfect for a business trip with meetings inside the offices. Walking distance to a gym inside the office facility (maybe a partnership for hotel clients would be great?). Rooms are larger than expected

The cleanliness was not of the highest quality. The room was a bit cold and the air conditioner was not working. Breakfast was very simple.

I liked the layout of the hotel. It was very close to the tourist spots. It was quiet and I slept very well there. I am grateful that they checked us in much earlier than they should have. Thank you!
