- outdated bathroom (maybe a bath curtain would be great) - slow internet connection on tv from time to time (especially in the evening)

Unfortunately the lift was not working properly But you luggage could be sent up haha by lift!! They were working on it. Stairs were quite steep so a lift in working order is important

I enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere One could asked staff if needed anything or advice. You could help yourself if needed any coffee or tea or clean towels. Lovely garden to relax in although when we were there the weather wasn’t warm enough. When cold the gas fire was lit in the guest sitting room.

Overall the room was fine. Given that it is small a few extra hooks and strategically placed shelves would be helpful. And the shower curtain absolutely needs to be the right size! A person could easily trip over the extra curtain pooling in the tub.

The original room was very small and did not have a door on the bathroom. This was an issue since we were traveling as friends. The stairs were also a lot since the elevator was not working.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us transition into a larger room without any issues. They also helped us with recommending a laundry service during our stay.

We paid extra for a deluxe room, but didn't seem to be deluxe at all. My sister had a "normal" room and had a mini fridge and a wardrobe closet in hers and we did not. The walls were pretty gross and we didn't receive any hand soap so we had to use shower gel to wash our hands all week. With the maid service not done daily without request (and I believe an additional charge? ) we didn't see the value on the price and most likely will not be staying at Sonder again.

Do not stay in room 135. There is no door to the shower/ bathroom. The toilet was so small almost unusable. The lift was mostly out of order. For the money paid, the room was very disappointing.

The location was terrific, the staff great and it was clean and good. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Lift only worked intermittently which was a pain with luggage. Paper cups in rooms for hot drinks.

Good location by the park and walking distance from main museums. Booked a spacious double and it was good. Very quiet and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom didn’t have a door, being a twin room staying with a friend this could’ve been a bit awkward for some people. Also supposed to discover there was a fee if you wanted your room cleaned (€30!) which was a surprise

Fab location, not too long of a walk to get into central . Right opposite Vandelpaark and the Van Gogh Museum, also near trams and cute coffee shops. The room had an iron, fridge and hairdryer which was useful.

We were in the basement, There was clearly damp damage on one wall. No wardrobe. Had to unplug the fridge at night as it was so bright! Very expensive for the standard of accommodation.

We first got a room that was super tilted, so much that we when we were sleeping almost rolled out of our beds. We informed the staff the day after and then got a much better room. The first one was not the standard that i paid for or the room i paid for but the second room was way better, bigger, cleaner, and not tilting. The location of the hotel is super nice, close to cafes, restaurants, museums, food store and also a close walk to the city center.

Great location - a little bit out of the hustle and bustle which was nice! Comfy bed and had everything we needed for a short weekend in Amsterdam.

The bed was not the most comfortable but it was okay, and the room was not so spacious. I also had trouble putting in my trash since the bins were very small.

The location was great, also the staff was very friendky. I liked the room, even though it was small it was ideal for one person. The bathroom was clean and everything was well-thought-out.

The cleanliness of the floor in the room and the fact that there was no natural ventilation in the room because we couldn't open the window.

I loved the proximity of the venue to local museums, restaurants and the park. The beds were extremely comfy and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially Julianna and Diva.
