Everything, the hotel and staff was amazing

The location. Hotel is in a somewhat residential area and the alley was not well lighted at night. You have to walk about 5 mins to get to the main street where you can find the pharmacy, grocery store and a few restaurants. Plaza De Armas is about 10-15 mins by Uber. Staff at the reception was only available at certain times. You are given the code to get into the hotel but most of the time, especially at night you get startled by guests ringing the doorbell and slamming their doors shut.

It's a small hotel with a "homey" vibe. My stay came with complimentary breakfast and they have a special menu to choose from. The staff, especially Gladys (reception) was very helpful, courteous and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and Housekeeping really kept my room clean.

Room and bathroom were quite small.

Very modern place, room was clean, they even offer free tea and coffee available all the time which was really usefull. Breakfast was very various and delicious and when we had to leave early in the morning they provide us breakfast to go!

The only slight gripe I have is the room (at least the one we stayed in) gets quite warm and stuffy with only 1 small window. We resorted to keeping the room door open a lot of the time when not sleeping to cool down the room,

Front desk lady very patient and helpful. Breakfast is quite nice with good amount of options. Rooms and showers were clean.

The location was a bit sketchy to walk to at night, at least from the train station. Other than that, no complaints!

The woman at the front desk was very helpful! We didn't get in until after 10:00 PM, and had to leave by 6:00 AM the next morning. She organized a to-go breakfast for us and walked us to our room!

It was nice and clean. Staff was super helpful.The location was a bit far from the downtown, but on the the other hand, I believe the historical center is much noisier than here. So we were in the end happy about staying here.

Is’s at the end o the touristic area and we felt to take a taxi after 9pm. The street is closed at an end and the tours buses don’t want to enter and you need to wait them at the big street, but the taxi leave you at the door.

The boutique hotel is very nice and quiet. Water pressure is good and hot. The rooms are actually heated and the view from the deluxe room was nice. It’s hard to find a hotel in cusco from where you see the sun or light in the morning. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was so amazing and helpful. Packed bag breakfast (couldn't make it due to tours and leaving for airport so early). Love the rooms, the beds were very comfortable!

No IRD BUT again the front desk agent packed cute little breakfasts bags and pointed in the direction as what food apps they use to deliver food. I’m just a fatty and was craving something sweet late at night. lol

Everyone was so warm and welcoming! My luggage had gotten lost at the airport and our front desk agent even offered to assist us in having the airport deliver the luggage to the hotel. It was very sweet. I felt very fortunate to be so well taken care of.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of Cusco (yet close to the city centre, and a walking distance from Wanchaq train station), comfortable bed/pillows, great breakfast, amazing views from the window. Gladys and Giara were great hosts, very accommodating and kind.

quite location and rooms for Cusco but still close to the historic center. The staff makes sure there is not much noise from the other guests in the hallways. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, we really liked it.

The exceptional service provided by Gladys and the rest of the staff truly made our experience. From the warm welcome at check-in, great breakfast, comfy rooms, and the attentive assistance throughout our stay, the team's professionalism and friendliness were remarkable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to major tourist areas made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location is not very good. Away from the historic sites and good restaurants. Neighbourhood are not good.

The location is a little further out than we thought, but it was only €2 in a taxi to the centre

The hotel was excellent, really comfortable and perhaps our favourite in Peru. The staff were really helpful and great to communicate with via. WhatsApp, ready to answer any questions.

It was a bit far from the major attractions on other side of the main square. It wasn’t too bad -just a bit of a walk.

We enjoyed the facilities and comfortable bed. The staff were helpful in organising a taxi to the airport and we had a wonderful breakfast.

Long way from main plaza

Sweet big room. With a coolest view. Breakfast ok. Very big and comfy bed. Staff clean everyday.
