Maybe the shower could be improved ?.

We had a poolside room which was lovely. The restaurant was very nice with lovely friendly staff . My baggage was delayed in Doha so one of the staff at the front desk phoned Qatar airways and arranged delivery for me. I think the girls name was Jem so a big thank you for saving my holiday. Staff were excellent throughout the Hotel.

The price was a little expensive, but if you book directly with the hotel, you can get a 20 to 25 percent discount for paying cash. This discount doesn't apply if you do not book directly with the hotel, even if you pay cash. Also my flight was delayed 24 hours and I notified the hotel a day and a half before arrival, but they still charged me for that night. Not much in the area immediately surrounding the hotel.

The room was really nice. It was on the fourth floor and had a great view of the pool and planes landing at Clark.

Wished the room had a seperate bedroom unit (described as Superior suite) although if was fine with 2 double beds in one big space with sofa and chairs.

Room was adequate although expected a separate bedroom unit. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom with warm hot water was excellent! Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Very reasonable price.

Pool closes at 10:30. We were not able to use it as we were out all day and the only chance we had to swim was at night.

The location is good. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of options at their restaurant. The food was great and the service was excellent.

The water pressure. I don't know if it was because of the heater or what but the pressure was too low, it took some time before I finished a "quick" shower.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. Pool was a bit deep for us so we just stayed there for a few minutes. We haven't tried the food but I'll probably visit them again next time.

There was not much space to spend time at the pool and part of it was restaurant. There wasn't a possibility of money exchange at the hotel.

Pool was pretty nice. Really good breakfast. Great drinks, especially Fluffy Duck. There was a really big bath in family room.

The rooms are too small for it's price. I think this is even more expensive than hotels in Boracay. Place is good, but I think it's a little overpriced. Or should we say, not local friendly.

Everyone from the guard to the staff inside the restaurant is friendly and warm. The 2.8m deep pool is great as you don't often see pools of that depth.

I guess the hotel needs a renovation, the bathroom is quite old as well as the other furniture, but the paint is new. Also, the sheets were itchy and feels like dirty on the first night, so we asked for housekeeping the next day and the sheets were brand new.

I like how friendly and accommodating the staff are, they attended to all of our needs during our stay. It is so close to SM Clark with free shuttle service, very nice location. The restaurant also looked good and sophisticated.
