We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only real criticism is with the pillows. These are too soft and without support. The wife and I have Latex pillows at home, they are not so expensive these days but hold shape and firmness that ensures a comfortable night's sleep.
The room was comfortable and spacious, perhaps getting a little dated compared to other places. The gym facilities were excellent and I will stay again if only for your Fitness center and friendly staff. My wife and I enjoyed taking afternoon tea in the lobby area and listening to your musicians - this was very special for us especially the violin players, what a wonderful touch that was.

The hotel is centrally located in Makati shopping area. During our stay, we didn't experience large crowd in the lobby or other facility. The Staffs at Circle restaurant where we had our breakfast were very helpful.

South AfricaThe overpricing of certain things make you sometimes feel like you are being taken advantage of. For instance, asking the hotel to arrange you a taxi to the airport... Quoted PHP 4000. Using Grab App instead, PHP 316. That left a sour taste after what was otherwise an exceptional stay

Great property. The lobby entrance area is fantastic. We ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was excellent. The room is great. We reserved a king suite. The large bed is comfortable. Great cold AC, fast internet, nice hot shower, and plenty of space to store your things. Left us some nice chocolate to enjoy once we got to the room. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Always a treat at any ShangriLa property. My wife and I are bumming around Thailand and the Philippines for two months. Anytime we are in an area with a ShangriLa we stay there. The staff as always was wonderful. They arranged a taxi in the morning to take us to the airport. Thank you for the stay.
