Our overall stay was amazing, from the time we arrived until we left. The apartment is well maintained and clean. The furniture and all items were updated. We also could not hear any noises from the pedestrian traffic. Highly recommend given the apartment itself and central location.

Wonderful modern tastefully decorated appartment in a great loaction. It is situated in a buzzing shopping street right next to several cafes. The extra touches included a bootle of wine, chocolate, candided nuts and a fully stocked nespresso machine. It is the best appartment we have had the pleasure to stay in.

Working lift would have been nice but we knew it was unlikely to be working so that's fine. We expected a bigger balcony that more than one person could sit in but it wasn't a big deal.

The apartment is very ascetic pleasing. It was raining a lot the washing machine with drying helped a lot. The entrance is on the walking street at the very centre, loved that.

The 2nd bedroom had no windows. Had I seen this in the property description I would not have booked. Also, nobody picked us up from the airport, we tried the live chat plus rang the phone number of the driver but nobody answered.

Location was great, the quality of the apartment was also great.

Clean and tidy apartment with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nice to have a coffee machine with pods supplied. Lovely situation close to the main food market where we ate breakfast everyday. Would highly recommend. Easy access and the collection from the airport was appreciated by all.

You need to fix the elevator or at least give us older people (65+) a lower floor.

No breakfast, all I can say about the location is 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. I did not request a quiet room, don't know why they did this it did not seem full. The city is very hilly and coming back to 4 flights of stairs was not fun.

Don't have cribs for babies/ toddlers which would be a plus for young families.

Elevator was broken at time of visit but it's good to walk up ! No windows in one of the two bedrooms.

Great location within walking distance from most downtown sights and places. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. It also has two small balconies.

Elevator out of order. Had to lug luggage up 44 steps. Hard on 77 year old guests. Dining Chair legs protruded wider than the seat causing tripping hazards. 3 of us stubbed our toes constantly on the chair legs.

The bathroom basin could not be used as the unnecessarily tall cupboard (too many shelves)was much too low almost resting on the mixer tap. Impossible to wash your face or brush teeth without water splashing on the floor as your head could not lean over the basin. Really irritating.

Property has got everything to make your stay as hustle free as possible. Starting from towels and toiletries ending on staple condiments to use while cooking. Located very centrally which made super easy to access every part of Porto! Loved this apartment!

I had a great experience staying at this apartment. The owners were incredibly courteous, maintaining clear and prompt communication throughout. Everything presented in the listing was precisely as described. The apartment itself is wonderfully cozy, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Its cleanliness and comfort exceeded expectations. Despite being situated in the bustling city center within a popular pedestrian zone, the soundproofing is excellent. The strategic location allows easy, walkable access to all the main attractions, making it an ideal choice for any visitor.

The only thing was that the lift was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. Otherwise it would have scored a 10/10.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, easy walk to everywhere, quiet at night. Great choice of restaurants close by, apartment was clean, warm and had everything in plentiful supply. The washing machine/ dryer was a bonus. We loved our stay.

I really appreciated the little extras that many rental apartments don't bother with - napkins, laundry detergent, paper towels, salt and pepper and olive oil. It is lovely to not have to run out and buy items like that which you need only in small quantities for your stay.
