Only problem was this hotel became fully booked for the festival we were going to and we noticed that the hot water could not facilitate this. We had one day where we had no hot water for showers and others when the water was lukewarm. There was also someone doing construction in the building next door which wasn’t a great wake up alarm during the week days… Hotel couldn’t help this though and did offer us to move rooms however the room we were in was best.

Quite a loud apartment block - you can hear other guests from surrounding apartments!

Loved how spacious the apartment was with a living area as well as a big bedroom and bathroom! Great FREE parking right next to the apartment. Apartment came with all facilities for cooking etc was great! 20 mins walk to the beach

Location was a little out of town,but if you like walking,quite manageable.There is a free hotel shuttle to the beach and Pirtimso.

The hotel was as expected..It's a two star budget hotel and it does exactly what it says on the tin.Our accommodation was spacious ,with a double balcony ,kitchen and a large bathroom which was kept sparkling throughout our stay.There is a small pool area ,and an outdoor seating.area.The snack bar has a limited menu , reasonably priced and the bar likewise.Staff are pleasant, especially the bar staff .Thank you to the lovely ,and newly wed Maria and also Mateus ,for making our stay so pleasant.

The prices at the bar are ridiculously high so we didn't drink there. Such a shame. Our balcony faced a building site, bit noisy.

I liked the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. For a 2star hotel it deserves 9 out of 10.

Great stay

I have stayed here many times over many years, the staff have been always really friendly. It's been great to watch the hotel grow, we have noticed over the years how it is upgraded and upgraded and everything has got to a higher standard. It is incredible value, and much nicer than many higher starred hotels in the area.

Unfortunately nothing the hotel can do , but the barking dogs in adjacent properties were terrible . As soon as the owner went out one dog barked for hours , whether day or night. Woke us up & stopped us getting to sleep ! Was so very annoying, mentioned to hotel staff along with other guests , but unfortunately nothing they could do . But that's why I gave 8 stars not 10 .

The walk to/from the beach/resturants was somewhat steep with narrow side walks and some traffic. Uphill on the way back. In the night we had barking dogs outside making it hard to sleep.

Nice aparrment with AC. Open 24 hours. Nice bar and pool area with affordable prices for food and drinks. Nice area with palm trees.

The food is the bar was very bad, no air conditioning in the rooms just living room, no hair dryer and swimming pool not cleaned in some of the days we were in it.

The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately the ac unit was only in the living room so the bedroom got stuffy. There was some mold in the bathroom.

Hotel had an odd policy around keys, only provided one and said people should leave the key at the front office if we leave. No secure storage for luggage. No air condition in the bedroom. No ovens.

Good location, close to food. Other accommodations and a fast cab to the beach which is cheap. Common space is nice with decent air con. Nice pool, lifts to the room. Air condition in the living room.
