The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was really nice (could be some more space if you travel with bigger luggage, but not a problem at all). It‘s perfect starting point to explore the City. Many restaurants in walking distance. I’ll come back :-)

Staff was very helpful form the moment I booked! They sent a detailed email before I arrive with great information and everyone from the cleaner to front desk staff always seemed genuinely happy to assist. Their kindness was much appreciated and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I loved that they provided free beverages (water and coffee!) as well as snacks.

Loved the location, the staff, the rooms, everything about the hotel. They provide coffee and little nata pastries. The room has drinks in the fridge free of charge. Beds are comfortable. The pillows are soft. I can not say more good things about this hotel will stay here again.right off the restauradores metro exit, easy to get to airport and other trains from there. Train terminal across the street for Sintra.

There could have been more comfortable seating in the lobby and tables for putting down a glass or cup of coffee/tea.

The room was small but it had everything we needed plus a scale and a hair straightener (which I don't need, but others do). In addition, they provided free tea and coffee, wine, water in bottles and fruit water. All very nice! The restaurant that shares the building had a terrific paella which we had our last night. The front desk people were very friendly and everything in our room was extremely clean!!! Location is fabulous and I would highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful room, lots of little extras like umbrellas to borrow, egg tarts and drinks in the room, bathrobes to use, etc. Really enjoyed it.

The fact that hotel its so small it does not have a single space of common area (reception its just not it for me)

Everything in the room. Big Space, the quality of the bed and sheets, the view, everything was super clean, with a very nice shower. Hospitality as well, even left a small port wine in the afternoon.

The position is perfect. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed is luxurious! Views are lovely. Reception is great- every staff member was helpful and kind! Highly recommend!
