There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment as its on the top floor. I would ask for a room on the lower levels if you struggle with stairs or have multiple luggage. There is no lift.

I booked this room for my parents. They stayed here for 4 days and spent most of their time on the town. The location was great as it was in the middle of the city centre and around most of the sites. The property was clean and well equipped for their stay.

I didn’t like the fact that our windows opened onto an inner light shaft so that we were unaware of what the weather was like etc. I realise that other apartments had balconies & these would have made it perfect

Somehow you can hear all the noise from outside. It is a quiet street but we thought that the window was open but it was not. I even used ear plugs that were provided. It is just every day noise but somehow amplified.

The best is the location! The room is very spacious. The bathroom is clean and the shower is good! The host provided tea and coffee.

Only minor issues. The door lock was a bit awkward to operate. Reported to staff who said they'd look into the issue. When raining, you could hear the water from roof continually dripping onto AC unit / metal panels outside the window. This kept me awake, however drawing down the window shutters and using earplugs before bed helped. Maybe cover the surfaces of the ac unit / metal panelling with fabric or rubber to muffle out the noise from dripping water.

The location is ideal. The flat (111) is practical, spacious, very clean, well equipped and nicely presented. The personal welcome and ongoing comms from the staff via WhatsApp was useful too.

The apartment was at the back of the building with no direct sunlight, so it could become chilly in the earlier hours of the day and at night (I stayed in mid-March). Heating was possible via the air con unit but this was a bit temprental to operate at times. Perhaps an electric plug in heater might be easier for guests to use, and a rug or two near the bed would be beneficial.

Very central location for exploring the tourist and other areas of the city. Metro and Train connections (São Bento) a few minutes away were also great for exploring further afield beyond Porto (e.g Trains to Aveiro and Lisbon) . Lots of restaurants and cafes etc also in the vicinity which was a bonus.

Incredible location, very responsive and supportive property management. Apartment very well equipped with everything needed to make the stay incredible - all utensils and appliances needed, as well as staple items needed to cook (oil, salt, pepper)

Maybe at night it can get a bit noisy outside but they give you ear plugs.

Amazing location, you can get to anywhere by walking. The place was very cute and cozy. The self check-in was really easy and they gave us all the instructions and were super sweet throughout the stay :)

Only slight issue, was only 1 bedside table. Where as , one each side would be ideal .

Great location, lovely apartment, clean , well presented & Comfy bed . Well stocked kitchen , with coffee machine too. Not to mention a washing machine with free wash tablets . Right in the centre of town by restaurants and shops , but super quiet . Kept informed by WhatsApp from the owners at all times . 1st class, will definitely stay here again.

The studio we were in did not get direct sunlight as the windows were all facing the back walls of the building. The support team explained that this is what I booked and I agreed, however it was not very clear from the pictures provided on booking.com that the studio would be structured in this way. In the end, technically, they were right and they explained this to me very nicely, however I feel that this should be made clearer when someone is booking.

The property was clean, and the support team was amazing. They made sure that our every request was answered on time and resolved (eg, we needed a broom, we asked support about cleaning etc)

Nothing at all. But since we upgraded to room with a balcony, I should note lots of stairs. Plus bring an umbrella in the fall. We had lots of rain. Porto was still beautiful and will come back.

Location is great. Bed is comfy!!! Everything you need. Even coffee. We upgrade to room with a balcony. The staff too. Stephanie answered so many of my questions. Great staff. Nicole was there to check us in. She was great too with lots of info.

If natural light is important to you our room would not have suited. Otherwise issues very minor. Would have been good to have a few more glasses.

Very good central location near Bolhao market and station. Pleasant spacious room. Smooth check-in. Everything worked. No problem with noise.

Nothing except leaving. There is a busy street outside so noise...but you get used to it. Atmosphere great as you are in the heart of Porto.

Staff amazing...on call night and day. Our flight was cancelled to next day and they were brilliant organising our taxi service and new check in times. On leaving they were equally as helpful. Will come back.

How the staff takes care of you! They create a whatsapp group and you can communicate with them easily! Someone is waiting for you upon arrival to show you the facilities! Mayara was very kind and talkative, she gave us good advice of restaurants and hidden gems in town! :)
