Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. The room looks the same as on the pictures. Emanuel gave a lot of tips and sent us a written guidance to the island. He did his best to make our trip memorable. We really liked how he prepared with towels for the beach, hot springs and enough in the bathroom as well. + It was one of the cleanest place I've ever been. He really thought about everything. I absolutely loved my stay at City Stone House. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The common kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and more. On top of that, Emanuel is one of the best hosts I've met! He was super friendly and accommodating. He sent a huge list of places to visit which ended up being our main travel guide during our time in São Miguel. Couldn't recommend this place more! <3

The room itself did not have any wardrobe or a table for stuff /luggage, so we kept our luggages open on the floor. Not very comfortable for a longer stay (for 2 nights it was O.k). The shower cabin was leaking.

The owner (Emanuel) is the best! Very helpful and ready to assist in every matter. He gave many good tips for travelling in Azores (what to visit, where to eat, etc). Convenient location, spacious and comfortable kitchen for everyone's use.

The apartment was really nice. Big parking spot next to the building. Owner text you before the flight and confirms that he is waiting for you. Accommodation has everything you need for comfortable stay, even a food boxes which you can use during the daily walks.

As Citystone House is close to the airport, there can be some airplane noises Once the windows are closed, the noise insulation is good

Nothing to be honest

I want to recommend this accommodation to everyone who comes to the azores! A great accomodation and an even grater host! He really cares for your wellbeing and for you to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! He provided us with every help and assistance, from tips where to go out for dinner to rainy-day-program, with bath towels for each day and even bathtowels to go to the hot springs (which are a must do in our opinion but thats another story) The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed (thanks for the anti-moskito-plug! Made our nights very peaceful). In the shared area is even a fully equipped kitchen, there is coffe and even a garden to sit outside and enjoy breakfast. Locationwise you can get to the city center via a short walk, there is one excellent fish restaurant down the street and you have a parking opportunity suitable for mainland europeans ;) Everything you need is close by. The stairs slightly creek when going up or down, so we used to hear other guests at times. During the day you can hear the airplanes overhead, but the airport closes around MN, so the night is quiet.

The property is situated in Ponte Delgada, few minutes walk to the centre with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The parking area was easily accessible and only a few meters from the house. Emanuel was there to meet us when we arrived, and he was always reachable when we needed - a very nice host! :) He recommended places to visit and really good restaurants. The house has a common kitchen area and outdoor area which was always kept clean and tidy. Our room had a balcony overlooking the parking area, which we enjoyed having breakfast or a drink.

Host was VERY attentive and responsive. While the house shares a kitchen and living room with other guests, the rooms we had were very spacious, clean and very updated. Bed was great. Location very good. There is even a parking lot within 100 feet of the property, a HUGE plus for the many parked cars on the narrow streets of Ponta Delgado.

The only thing would be that it takes approx 15 minutes to walk to the city center, but we enjoyed the walk ☺️
