Basic hotel but delivered everything you needed. Rooms were comfy and exceptionally clean. Great location not far from the station. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The bed was very hard. The room was damp and dark. Bathroom was clean but really needs updating. Cleaning staff did a good job with what they had to work with. I would be back if I needed to stay on the cheep.

There was nothing I did not like. Tea and coffee facilities would have have fabulous in the room.

Great location close to the centre of town. My room was comfortable, light, airy and came with heating/ac so i had good sleep and temperature felt right. Staff always cheerful, friendly, helpful. Good buffet breakfast that was altogether good value

The staff were dreadful. I had my keys thrown at me on one occasion. The key to the room was dodgy. The room was freezing cold. It was very old and dated. The TV and the air con did not work at all. Only one lightbulb worked. The bathroom was rusty, the water backed up in the shower. The mirror was badly tarnished. The bedlinen was filthy, threadbare and had cigerette burns. It was so disgusting that I left at midnight on my second night and went to w different hotel. I was extremely upset. It should be closed down. I want a full refund and to make a formal complaint.

Unreliable wifi. We had to leave keys at the reception when going out. Cleaning staff tried to clean before the check out time, despite the DND sign.

Old school place in a good location, a few steps away from the coach and train stations. The room was clean, tidy and warm, with all due amenities. The breakfast was quite nice and plentiful. The staff also seemed kind and helpful and there was always someone at the reception.

You need to leave the key at the front desk whenever you leave the hotel. Which now a days makes no sense. The light switch’s barely work, I had to “force” them to stay on. The room looked old and smelled old. The bath stuff were terrible, plastic bag to open and in case you miss it’s really hard to open when your hands are already wet. Hair drier on one side, plug on the other side, terribly designed.

We had requested for change in dates, hotel communication was terribly poor and one lady employee at the reception was very impolite!!!!

No kettle in the room and when I asked, Veronica told me not possible and she suggested I go out and buy one However, Telmo was very helpful. He gave me hot water to take with my medication and for coffee early in the morning before breakfast Staff happy and helpful
