The stairs going down to the beach there are no lights at night, you can’t see when it’s dark.

The location, apartments, the resort , restaurants are amazing and the beach is 5min away.The workers very friendly and food-delicious.

Always plenty to eat so if missing one thing another choice available

Excellent choice of hot and cold foods Proper English breakfast tea provided so if you forgot the Barry’s tea no panic Fruit options were delicious

The pool was very cold and reception was not connected to the rooms.

The beds have them make up the sofas as beds if you're just two people

Everything but the beds were hard as rocks. I like having an apartment with a kitchen, three rooms and a balcony instead of a small hotel room. Have them make up the sofas as beds much softer

There were not enough coffee machines in the restaurant at breakfast and they did not work well. The coffee quality was poor and the queues detracted from the breakfast experience. The bathroom floor flooded after a long shower, I did report it to exception on my way out for dinner but this was not dealt with and the floor was still quite wet later on.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The pool area had a beautiful view. A complementary bottle of sparkling wine was left in the fridge on my birthday.

Lack of cleaning supplies in the apartments - no dustpan & brush, etc. The cleaning staff are brilliant, but in the summer I could see ants being an issue if you don’t stay on top of cleaning up after kids’ meals in the rooms! :)

We stayed in apartment in block 12. They should cut down the high trees you look out onto from the balcony. The trees are so high that no sunlight hits the balcony as you can’t see the sky.

Everything perfect but for the beds , I know they are quality beds but they are so hard both sofa bed and main bed....please change as this is the only issue I had. Would be nice to have a heated pool for cooler months.

This is my second visit. I love this complex which is close to a spectacular beach. The apartment (deluxe) is so nice and has everything you need. Breakfast and evening meals, quality and great selection with great views down to beach. This year they had a Sushi bar. Pool very cold so didn't venture in. But what makes the holiday so special are the staff, who are amazing!

There are lot of stairs to reach the beach (shortest way is like 125 stairs). Game room is additional cost for each game, and is not always open during written working hours.

Food was fantastic, lot of things to choose from, long period during which both breakfast and dinner are available. View from the restaurant is beautiful, looking at the ocean. Hotel is clean, spacey, rooms are nice. There are lot of beautiful plants around the hotel buildings.

The hotel has a way to get to the beach but if you want a sunbed there is a charge as they are not part of the hotel.

Breakfast it's really good, the views from the restaurant are amazing. The staff is very good and kind. The apartment is very clean and close by there are some good restaurants.

The location of the resort is excellent. The veiw from the restaurant area is incredible! All staff members are extremly friendly - receptionists, chaimbermaids, restaurant staff, even the maintanance workers are greeting you when they see you in on the street.

The buffet meals were a little bit on the cold side sometimes. They could be hotter.

The location was perfect, with access to the beach straight from the hotel. The apartment was huge, and the staff were super friendly! Loved the modern decor of the communal facilities also. You wouldn’t think it was a three-star hotel by looking at it!
