Really nothing. A warmer pool would have been nice maybe but we were almost into December so what were we expecting?!

Beautiful place set off the main road within spitting distance of all the beauty around Aljezur. Removed enough to be peaceful and unwind but close enough to everything should you need a hit. Beautiful room and reserved service meant it felt like we were staying in a private location. Felt like waking up in a rainforest every morning! They were also very kind for Angie on her birthday searching out candles for her morning cake 🎂 😁

The welcoming of Julio and Marta was warm and throughout the whole stay we felt like being part of a family. The breakfast was custom made according to our choice and needs, everything was fresh and delicious. Waking up and having the sweetest breakfast surrounded by nature and love made our hearts warm. The room was beautiful, with impeccable details and decorated with great taste. Everything is made with care and love. And the dog is so adorable Thank you for this beautiful stay!

Everything was very good!

Marta and Julio, who are the owner and hosts, created a super-nice retreat at the Western Algarve, with many incredible beaches, the beautiful town of Lagos and many other attractions nearby! The hosts are very nice ne friendly, and they really about you. If you search for something different from the usual tourist offers, then you are right there!

The breakfast was excellent- fresh bread, croissants and cake, fruit plate sensational, fresh juice coffee perfect. Cereals too on request. All beautifully presented and served by the host with immaculate attention to detail.

If you really want to find anything to criticize the bathroom had a slightly funny smell sometimes and for reaaaally noise sensitive people it might be a Problem you can hear the street- but I am usually and I did not mind at all. The main problem was we had to leave after four days!

First, Marta and Julio are super kind and joyful hosts. Second, they have very cute dogs. Then, the breakfast was outstanding and the whole place is just beautiful and peaceful. The Pool is awesome and has lots of space with natural shade for all guests. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and bed was super cozy.

Julius and his wife were the most wonderful hosts! Herdade Quinta is an extremely beautiful B&B, very clean, very well decorated, where you totally feel at home. The pool is wonderful, the rooms are spacious, breakfast is delicious, and the common areas are gorgeous! We really felt connected to nature there, and we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you again for everything, we're definitely coming back!!!

This is a beautiful and special place! The owners take such care with every aspect of th property. There are lovely touches everywhere such as cookies and coffee, breakfast at your room and soaps and perfumed lotions. The care of arranging the fruits and trays and garnishing with rosemary were other examples. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their beautiful inn.

Nothing!!

Amazing place! It was an honor to be a guest here and I enjoyed every minute of my stay! This is a real paradise! The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, storage room, private outside seating area... On top, the garden with the swimming pool was so beautiful :-) The hosts treat their guests as kings & queens. Great breakfast. Very helpful with tips & tricks in getting around the area. I would love to go back soon!

They cannot change the road noise which we did hear although you are a way off the road, really the motorbikes I am not sure being a holiday weekend if it is like that all the time. In saying this we would still return as thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

The way the Herdade has been laid out, each room has its own privacy and wonderful views of the area. The owners were super friendly as were their dogs. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious each morning with a lot of food available, wonderful seating areas around the whole place and an honesty bar to enjoy and appreciate the setting. You feel like you are in the countryside but a very short distance to the main town and the surrounding area, maps and information books were available on the area as we did some hiking We also forgot our toothbrushes and again the owners stepped in with a wee travel bag and an additional bag for us to use whilst hiking.

Genuinely no complaints

Wonderful location, great gardens and swimming pool, the room was cosy but had plenty of space. Most of all Julio and Marta are delightful hosts, they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and accommodate any requests.
