TV didn't work in apartment (some message that the antenna wasn't connected...) so I had to log on to netflix, but that I can do at home too, I really appreciate some local differences with our TV chains... And during my stay, we had a lost in the family, so my mind was not completely on holiday, and we had to leave a day early (but of course, the location can't do anything about that :( ). This was however respectively handled by the local crew !! Breakfast was maybe a little boring (almost completely the same every day, apart from little changes)

No breakfast despite booking it, was told it would be delivered to the rom each morning but it never turned up.

Had to find the reception in the central courtyard, the first reception desk is nothing to do with this accommodation. The room was well furnished but looking a little tired. The bed was a usual Portuguese rock hard bed, the wife slept on the sofa. The location was superb, we made 2 bookings through the concierge for a boat trip and a fado night both within 30 minutes walk of the accommodation. Plenty of cheap eateries close by if you stay away from the tourist traps.

Lots of street noise. Difficult check-in process - did not get sent link to entry codes until we were at the apartment.

1. Not enough bright lights when night time. 2. The extra queen bed for 2 pax was NOT COMFORTABLE at all. We booked for 6 pax in 2 bedroom apartment, so they made a bed out of a sofa bed in the living room but the mattress was uneven and the metal frame around the mattress was higher than the mattress so it was very UNCOMFORTABLE. 3. Rubbish bins were only in the bathroom and kitchen cabinet. Please provide rubbish bins in the rooms as well. 4. The TV remote controller was not working.

1. Very good location. 2. There is always a security personnel in duty at the reception. 3. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom with enough warm water. 4. Good functioning AC in the apartment. 5. Kitchen well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans and everything else. You can cook simple breakfasts or meal easily. 5. Shower gel, shampoo, handwash, dishwashing liquid all provided. 6. Enough big towels were also provided 7. There is a self service washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the apartment. Very convenient! 8. Pedro the staff was VERY HELPFUL! Really appreciate his help in many things. He always replied to our queries promptly. 9. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable but not the sofa beds in the living room. EXCELLENT LOCATION! Very near to Tram & Train and also an easy point for Bolt or Uber pick up.

On our 3 day trip nothing we didn't like.

Large apartment. Comfortable beds. Kitchen with modern facilities. External noise east minimal. Great location very close to Caisse do Sodre parking, railway station, river transport, buses, trams etc

We had trouble finding a supermarket close by for basic breakfast provisions. The mini markets close by did not have fresh fruit, pastries, or meat. We happened on to a large one when walking near Rossio Square. It was great so we will look for a supermarket not a mini market in the future.

The location was convenient and the apartment was very comfortable and modern. The kitchen and bathroom were nice with modern fixtures and clean. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. In a busy city like Lisbon, it was reassuring to have security in the lobby as well as keycard access to the elevator - both gave a sense of safety which was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again on another Lisbon trip. Lisbon is a very hilly city but quite walkable with good shoes and a map. We walked most places except when rain made us use a taxi. We went to the Museu Azulejo which was very interesting and well worth the time. We also went to the Museu Gulbenkian which has a fabulous collection of art, ceramics, tapestries dating back to the 13th century. Also very good, although would not recommend it to travelers with children. We took a tour to Sintra with Buendia Tours. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and the entire trip was well organized. The tour stopped in Cascais after Sintra and we were disappointed because it did not offer anything but tourist-type shopping - not worth the time to stop. The tour could simply have driven through the town to see the buildings and understand a bit of its history. Reception and concierge services were attentive and helpful. The reception desk stayed open a bit late for us to accommodate our late arriving bus. Our concierge Pedro arranged transportation from the bus station and to the airport. Nuno, the driver, was friendly and knowledgeable and arrived right on time for our 3 am (!) pickup for the airport. Will definitely keep his contact information when we return to Lisbon on a future holiday.
