The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the rooms were decorated nice furnishings were all good and matching and made you feel at home . The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need for your stay, location is perfect very close to all amenities, nice big showers, and we would definitely stay here again. There was a slight issue with the air conditioning, but this was rectified during our stay and communicated well. Everything else was great.

This is a great apartment right in the centre of Funchal, with a huge amount of stuff within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and modern, well equipped and well taken care of. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Despite being very close to a busy road the soundproofing is excellent and there is basically no noise at all with the windows closed. The beds are very large and very comfortable. The host Luis was also very helpful, check in went very smoothly.

We arrived early and our friendly host, Luis, accommodated us on arrival. This super spacious, clean, neat and well appointed apartment was so much more than we expected. We can HIGHLY recommend this apartment. Well located, with all the amenities that you need. We were sad to leave and would have loved to stayed longer. Will return for sure.

This property is in an excellent location. Only a short walk to great restaurants in the Old town as well a short walk to the water front and a supermarket. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

Everything was according to our expectations.

The location was very central and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean on arrival and very well equipped with everything that was needed for a 7 day stay. We can definitely recommend the apartment to other travelers.

A very central location. Close to many quality restaurants. Dealing with Luis the owner was prompt and he organised transfers for us with ease. It was an extremely clean apartment and a very comfortable stay for our group of four.

The large flat is very centrally located.It is newly renovated and very well equipped. Although it is located on a main road, you hardly notice it in the 2nd floor. The host Luis was very nice and always available. The check-in went smoothly.

Amazing location in the centre of Funchal with sunny balconies, great for people watching and quiet at night. Large supermarket next door open until 10pm every day. Handy for buses and a lido only 10 mins walk away. Spotlessly clean with excellent service.

We came a party of 4, family (1 couple and 2 singles). The apartment was well located, since I know the area it did not surprise. However. This is a very noisy area and the apartment was suited with new windows that easily block the noise at night when one wants to sleep. The apartment is very spacious and we could spend time together but also have privacy when we wanted. The kitchen is really well equipped and allowed us to cook proper meals that we love doing, eat together at the living room or enjoy the sun on the balconies. We had a wonderful time at the apartment.

It was perfect

Excellent location, superbly maintained and cleaned. Very comfortable apartment with 2 very comfortable king sized bedrooms and a twin room. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Each room has a small balcony. The market is across the road, and the anadia shopping centre with a large pingo doce supermarket is a few doors up. Short walk to many superb restaurants.

The apartment is in the second floor and there is no lift in the building. The entrance to the building could have been a little cleaner.

Fantastic location, right opposite to the market and next to a super market. Also very close to beach, the teleferico, bus station and the old town. The kitchen had all the amenities required to prepare a meal (we used only for breakfast). All rooms were spacious and very clean. If I were to go back, I would choose it agiain for the location alone!!
