I do think there should be mosquito screens for the windows. That way we can keep the windows open at night so it’s not so hot.

The host was awesome, she was so sweet and an overall lovely person to talk to. Her property was just perfect for our needs.

Nothing. The toiletries would’ve been nice to have. We traveled with no luggage, had to buy and leave stuff there.

Super spacious luxury apartment. Great veranda with views of the city, harbour and the ocean. We found it very comfortable and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen which we used regularly. Louise our host was very approachable and friendly.

It was a really comfortable cottage with great facilities. This included a large car park for the residents.

Louise was an excellent host and looked after us very well. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The pool was fantastic, and the off-road parking was spacious and most welcome. A wonderful stay!

The apartment needs a small desk and chair for a computer.

The best part of the apartment is the huge balcony with a great view. The apartment is spacious, and the hosts are friendly and make recommendations of places to go and things to see. In my opinion, the best time to reserve the apartment is in December. The Christmas lights and decorations are beautiful. Children sing Christmas carols on the city squares. Some Christmas lights can be seen from the apartment balcony.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The view deck overlooking Funchal was exceptional. Our hostess was friendly and helpful.

Whilst the views were amazing, the very steep roads and high bridges on the island are a challenge for anyone like me with a fear of heights. Nothing to do with the apartment though the glass surround on the balcony meant I kept away from the edge! I suppose the location wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

The owner Louise was helpful - nothing was too much trouble and she is a lovely friendly and fun person. The apartment is gorgeous and views over the harbour are amazing.

As far as we are concerned, there are no downsides!!! Even the bed was fantastic and that is sometimes not the case in Madeira. Some accommodations are also fantastic, but have a bad bed. At Number 15 Ocean & City View Villas everything was perfect for us! YOU DO NEED A CAR, but that is a must in Madeira anyway, we think.... Thank you for the fabulous stay!!!

Number 15 Ocean & City View Villas is a super accommodation!!! The location is great! You have a beautiful view of Funchal and the ocean. The apartment was super clean and huge. The terrace is great. The hosts are also fantastic and helpful. If we go to Madeira again, we will definitely come back here! Funchal is definitely the best place to stay and Number 15 Ocean & City View Villas is a fantastic choice!

Nothing, everything was great.

The apartment was lovely, it had everything we needed for our stay, it was very spacious and comfortable and the views over Funchal were stunning. There was about a 15 min walk down into town which was fine and the walk back up worked off our lunch and dinner although you can use the buses which are very regular. Louise the host was lovely and very helpful.

The only thing we would change if we did it again was bring a pillow topper for the bed, it was just a bit hard for us and we had a bit of trouble sleeping.

Location was amazing, parking was optimal, views were splendid! This was a wonderful experience, and the host does a great job making you feel at home!

The location is wonderful view wise however it is high up in the town so be prepared for a steep walk down and we would suggest an albeit cheap taxi ride back up!

The apartment is fantastic, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable bed and sitting room and included all we needed. Lovely to have a coffee maker. The view is stunning and the pool is a real bonus. Louise is a great host, so helpful, her recommendations were very useful especially some of the restaurants.

There were no mosquito screens on any doors or windows and it would be helpful to have them on the kitchen and bathroom windows so we could leave these open all the time.

The cottage was beautiful and spacious. Extremely well equipped and the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable i have ever experienced- just wonderful. Great off street parking. It was also beautifully clean. Excellent host who was very helpful and brilliant instructions to find and access the property.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of Funchal. A 25 min walk downhill to the centre was great exercise. Louise is a wonderful human being and couldn’t have helped more. The Emperor bed was amazingly comfortable and I slept so well all week. We absolutely loved our stay.

Could have done with a fan in the lounge as it did get warm and the AC unit was in the bedroom.

Beautiful place to stay. Louise was incredibly helpful and provided us with contact numbers and recommendations. So handy to have a lovely big kitchen and was great to have a balcony with various seating areas.

Everything was amazing! It was an absolute paradise! The views were simply breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and cityscape.
