Beds are a bit hard but else lots of space, furniture need some small touches too.

It is very close to the old town and city centrum, where all restaurants are. The view from balcony was amazing towards the city, I was enjoying my coffee gazing at the scenery.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Large clean comfortable room. The sofa bed was set up for our kids. We arrived in porto early and thr hotel stored our bags and then left them in the room waiting for us. Kids were given little toiletry bags which was a lovely touch. Really central location which was great.

The gym is very small The 'rooftop bar' wasn't the best. The man working in there was lovely but I wouldn't really call it a busy lively bar!

Our room was fabulous. Amazing views and very clean! The location was also amazing, within walking distance from all big sights. Staff were very friendly

This hotel is so great. I cannot even think of one thing to complain about.

If you want the most incredible staff on the planet this is the hotel. I have been around the world and in hundreds of hotels, and I have never experience such friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Our room is a little noisy because it face the street, but you could open the windows and it was so much fun to people watch, we had a handicap room which was wonderful room 101. This hotel is so central located at a pedestrian Street and very close to Sao Bento station. If you want to see a Fado show go to the Sao Bento station at 7:30 PM. They have an incredible show and you will learn a lot about what FDAO is all about. So for the best day ever make sure you book this hotel

The hotel doesn't have its own parking but there is a parking garage about 600m away but it is really expensive i.e. Euro70 for two nights.

Breakfast was basic and unstable, missing cut fruit etc after the first hour, and with poor logistics.

Large room and bathroom. Great bed. Nice garden. Great location. Quiet at night.

There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling and rua das flores can be noisy at night.

The staff and location were great. The room had very pleasant high ceilings and was large. Overall very nice.

Very low standard coffee in the morning. Some of the staff in the front desk didn't greet the guests when entering and leaving the hotel.

Room and bathroom were a little oddly shaped. Plenty of room in the living/kitchen area and bedroom. Bathroom was a little small (by North American standards, but okay by European sizes.) The following is a complaint about most hotels, not enough power points near the bed (for computer, charging phone, CPAP machine, etc.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast had good choices in a nice room, garden and garden bar would have been nice if we had better weather, location was excellent for access to old parts of town and sights, as well as Metro, and many good restaurants.

There is an extra charge to use the spa pool.

We loved the well-designed apartment we stayed in, with our own balcony overlooking the garden area. It has a rooftop terrace and amazing view over the cathedral and city. It was quiet and peaceful at the back of the hotel yet minutes from one of the most interesting streets in Porto. Wonderful.
