Closure of the swimming pool at 7pm

The daily breakfast was excellent. On our last night we were given a packed breakfast at 6.0am to support our very early departure to the airport. Very thoughtful of the hotel.

my only complaint would be I was there for 5/6nights and three of the day my water bottle wasn’t replenished, the second day I called to reception and they immediately resolved this… the following day was fine but then again the day after it had been forgotten, I couldn’t be bothered to request so got a couple of water bottles from the supermarket next door. House keeping were also coming quite late in the afternoon.

Carpet need cleaning Limited and poor quality toilet tissue

My room had separate toilet and bathroom which made it easy to share with my friend . Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice .

I was surprised to learn that the pool and spa only work until 5.30pm. In fact, tourists during the day are sightseeing in Porto and do not have the opportunity to use the pool and spa. They should extend the opening hours to at least 8pm.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful, who helped us both to park the car in the underground garage and to buy tickets for the tourist tours, Fantastic view from the rooftop restaurant, great view of the city and from the room. Very good location.

Road works outside were awful

It was a decent hotel in a nice location. However, my partner has terminal cancer (which he told the hotel) and he proposed to me whilst we were in your hotel. It would have been nice for the hotel to serve us something nice as our complimentary drink not just “you can have port with tonic and no changes” Also the spa forces you away from your partner - women on one side men on the other. Who wants that as a loving couple ? So overall I would not stay there again sorry

At busy periods we had to wait excessive times for the lifts. Restaurant menu was somewhat limited.

Stunning views from the top floor bar. Staff were all excellent. Our car was valet parked and returned when we required it.

The room was a very good size, the rooftop bar was amazing and the breakfast had a very wide range of options to choose from.

Its a big hotel, so the breakfast-buffet was quite crowded. The bathroom was a bid old and shabby.

Not enough lifts. Sometimes waited for up to 5 minutes. Location a bit far from the metro.

Significant roadworks in front of the hotel as the new metroline is being constructed.

The lunch in bar is not the best value. i would recommend to have lunch in the restaurant in Crown plaza nearby.

Rooms were nice but room was too hot. Wouldn’t allow us to control the temp of the room . Had to open window it was so hot. Turned off system .offered another room on same floor at 2 AM. That room was hot also. You should allow guests to control their own temperature. You should offer a shuttle since close metro stop is under construction. Metro stop that is open is a far walk.

Hotel was nice . Rooms were nice. Gym was good.

the gym and it’s opening hours are definitely too short especially for a 5 star Hotel and a lot of guests only for work purpose

Excellent interior design, wonderful building, amazing rooftop bar and restaurant, good breakfast (except the coffee), big rooms, comfortable beds.

It would be great if the breakfast time would start earlier.

Everybody was kind, it is located in a quiet zone with near public transport stations and there is a supermarket very close to the hotel. The breakfast is very tasty and abundant.
