No storage space (drawers/cupboards) in room. Also the lighting in the bathroom was poor.

Room is tiny, but very reasonably priced and fine for the two of us. We did have extra luggage this time, so the stairs were a bit of an issue. Again, if you’re travelling light, this is simply ideal.

Very nice receptionist. Hotel location is fairly close to Porto Airport, but still at least 10+ minute walk, which is okay unless you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel is small and stylish without being fussy. Loved the breakfast which we ended up having every day even though we hadn't pre booked. The staff were amazingly welcoming and were helpful when we asked advice. The room was comfortable and had great proportions. The location was central, just a short walk from the centre but not too busy or noisy.

Fantastic Hotel + Location. Stayed at the hotel 17/02-19/02 for a city break to celebrate my wifes birthday. Spoke with the hotel before travelling to organise the room to be set up for her birthday. Brought banners & balloons and it was all set up to a high standard. We were also provided with a bottle of wine, birthday cake and a card from the hotel staff wishing her happy birthday. Also emailed to asked for recommendations for a nice meal. MUU steakhouse was one of the best meals we have ever tried. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city break as location and staff are brilliant.

Parking was tricky as the only available parking is a pubic underground parking that is around the corner. If you have large luggage it becomes cumbersome (drop your luggage then park your car)

Rooms very warm can't turn down temp beyond 17 Our room's lighting was quite dingy; to pull curtain for daylight but no net curtain. Just a huge window for hotel across the road to see in Hot breakfast item ie scrambled egg /mushrooms /bacon were not filled to keep up Coffee and "hot food " all cold or mildy luke warm despite out of machine

At the time we went there was construction right outside the hotel building. It did not disrupt our stay however the last night they blocked off the road and walk path completely. The staff were not informed about this so it's not the hotels fault

The configuration of the room was tight no space to open suitcases except on the bed. Temperature controls were difficult to figure out however the front desk could adjust the temp easily
