Breakfast was expensive at 12 euros per person. We were unable to leave our twin pushchair in the luggage room which meant we had to dismantle and reassemble to get in the lift which was small.

Comfortable beds and pillows. spacious room with everything we needed kettle, fridge, hairdryer etc. Lisbon themed soaps and shower gels in bathroom. Family room had 2 showers.

The word glamour in your title is a mis direction of what is offered. A nice hotel but not glamorous.

It was just a short taxi away from the downtown areas and tile museum. Well worth the savings to be out in a quiet neighborhood with walkable streets and restaurants and grocery store nearby. Staff were super helpful with directions and info.

Wifi was very poor. We were on the 5th floor ( last floor ) and I couldn’t have any signal at all. I called but still the issue is about the WiFi in that floor I think. So better ask for a lower floor.

The AC was making a strange noise, one window couldn't be locked, the TV did not work and the fridge is not directly connected to the power, so if you take out the card of the room, it will stop. The room is tiny !

There are few minor issues with the furniture and the floor, but nothing really troublesome. The fridge was a bit noisy but not a big deal either.

The staff was kind and very helpful. The location is really good, specially if you plan to use the Metro. The balcony is a plus.

The shower was old and little confined. Probably needed re grouting,but that's been picky.

The staff were excellent. So helpful and friendly. Gave advise on itinerary, restaurants etc. Hotel was within easy walk of the city centre. I would recommend this hotel highly, it's not posh, but it's clean, cleaned regularly, and the staff were super helpful. You get what you pay for. I was extremely happy with my stay.

No breakfast included, so that is ok. I would like to thank again, Mr. Felipe at the front desk. He was very helpful and efficient to arrange things. And same applies to other front desk person (lady who works in the day time shift) They were both excellent. Although hotel needs some improvement in terms of facility and renovation, overall my stay was pleasant.

Budget hotel in central Lisbon, basic and clean room, great value for the price. Currently being refurbished. The receptionist mr.Felipe was very kind and professional.

There was noise at night, other guests coming in late but this is not the fault of the hotel. People are not respectful of others I find this a lot in hotels.

The room was small but clean. Good bathroom ensuite with products. Short walk to the nearest Metro. The hotel was being refurbished but this didn't affect out stay.

It would have been great if there was breakfast included or if there was a mini fridge in the room as some mornings i was up very early to go on day trips and it would have been nice to have resources available to eat something before I left

I think the location was really good, a 20 minute walk in to town and a 5 minute walk from the metro. The area was really cool and away from the super touristy area. It was quiet and though the room was small it was perfect for a solo traveller like me. The space was clean, shower was awesome and the bed was very comfy!

Staff is friendly. Room is not big but it meets the expectations. Elevator is small. We live on the 5th floor so it is quiet at night which is great for travelers.

I was initially placed in a room lesser than I paid for without being informed. The bed in the room was exceptionally worn-out.

The hotel was in the process of updating the 2nd floor rooms, so there was a little movement of equipment and me. No worries. The location for me was good, with the subway being very close. The restaurant was also closed under renovation, so there was no service. The one benefit of my stay was the excellent desk and service staff .

I did not like that the blinds does not shut coz I think it's broken need repair and another blind on balcony as well, another thing was the air conditioning need some maintenance coz did not blow enough fresh air

The property was undergoing renovations and although I was informed about it. It made the check in a bit tedious

I really liked the neighbourhood the hotel was situated in. It was quiet and calm unlike the tourist spots of Lisbon.
