Floor, sheets and towels dirty. There was even an empty bottle under the bed. Window broken and difficult to put in a position that would isolate wind and sound. Air conditioning was set and fixed to cold even though it was a 9°C night. At first the owner was disrespectfull and respond to us that our complaints were not true, even though I had pictures. Then after I showed the problems to the front desk lady, she complied and sent a cleaning team and a maintenance worker. Booked for two nights, only stayed one.

Rooms are very very very tiny- no water tea coffee tissues , ran out of TP

Roommate needed to go to hospital and we received help but it was lengthy and complicated to reach staff off site who spoke only Portuguese but they were very kind came in and willing to help

The noise was terrible, the walls were very thin and there was a lot of noise throughout the night from the other rooms. The water of the shower kept switching between hot and cold every other second. It doesn't have kitchen or any kitchen appliances (or at least they never answered that massage). Also, they only have twin beds, not doubles.

It was clean, the staff was very nice. It has a parking lot and ac.

I don’t like to compare a hotel to the American standard because I know in Europe there is a different standard. But every hotel should be be clean, in our room we found hairs on the floor, there are holes on the curtains. There’s only 4 clothes hangers, when we asked for more the answer was no. We requested an extension for one more day one day prior to the original check out day and was told that it was set but on the day of the original check out date (30/09/23) we received call that we should vacate our room because no reservation was done and the person or woman who called us that day was very rude and won’t listen to our explanation. We have to rush eating our lunch because the woman said that we should return right away to the hotel. When we got to the hotel the staff there (this time it was a male) said that all we need is to pay the extension fee and that’s it. The woman who originally called us should have said that all we need is a payment not threaten us to vacate.

Unbelievable how they cope with malfunctions in their own booking system! We made a booking and arrived there at the check-in time. Because it was 37 degrees we specifically chose for this hotel with swimming pool. Upon arrival the staff told us there were some double bookings made which meant they sold more rooms than they have. Which meant that we could not stay there, and that they booked us over to another hotel (big downgrade, 1 km further from the center and no swimming pool) without talking with us about the solution. I would have liked to get my money back as I didn't get what I paid for. But that was no option. No apologies from the staff whatsoever. Ridiculous. The staff at the hotel they arranged for us to stay in (same owner, clearly less well taken care of) told us they get customers this way from Hotel Rosa Mistica all the time. Really shady business. Don't book here!
