The bar could be better. I’ve asked for a few drinks late night and they were really bad. I couldn’t even finish it. The city is a place with an amazing wine tourism. But they have only 1 type of white and 1 of red. And they are not good.

Our first stay at this hotel after my original booking at another hotel was cancelled and it will not be our last!! Excellent location just outside the city walls and within easy walking distance of the centre. A choice of parking - either free in the spaces at the front of the hotel (although they get full quickly) , free on some adjoining land (I don't think this is connected to the hotel) or paid in a secure underground car park at a very reasonable 7 Euros a night. Breakfast in the restaurant area just off the large lobby which is very light and airy. Our room was large & comfortable with a free bottle of water. There are two swimming pools - indoor & outdoor and a gym, although we didn't make use of any of these facilities. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Room decor very dark. Grass on one side of pool got too much water and stayed muddy for both days. Room service food and drinks cold and not tasty.

Location is great. Rooms are spacious. Beds comfortable. Breakfast great variety and good quality.

There was nothing to complain about. It was all perfectly fine.

This hotel has an excellent location for easy access to historic Evora. It is perfect to park and walk into the city. The breakfast was great, and we found lots of options to fill up on.

Overall, the quality of food was sub par. Breakfast buffet was varied and relatively tasty. The dinner buffet was not very good in choice or taste. Also, charging for.parking in the garage seems unnecessary. It was the only hotel in Portugal that I had to pay.(stayed at 7 other hotels). Also, this is more a personal observation, but it felt very impersonal. It is a large hotel, but it felt too much like a large hotel.

The room was a good size and laid out nicely. Furnishes and decor were nice. Bathroom was large and comfortable. Location was good and close to historic center

The staff, especially Duarte, were all fantastic. The hotel is so family friendly and just a really great experience.

I had lunch there on the Friday and the soup was barely warm. The coffee from the machines at breakfast and dinner was disgusting and the food was not hot. The aircon/ heating in my room didn't seem to work properly.

The coffee and orange juice. Providing wipes and spray to clean machines at the gym. Pool way too crowded, so we did not use it!

Everything was great except the morning coffee and juice (not freshly squeezed) and the gym was great but had no wipes nor other disinfectants for machines.

There was quite a strong smell of chlorine in the lobby and corridors. The floor around the pool and in the changing rooms was very slippery.

Good location for exploring Evora. Good breakfast choices. Helpful, friendly staff.
