The man that is dealing with the terrace, I don't know if is an associate or an employee, could be a bit more understanding with the little ones. My son was playing with the shower provided for showering before entering the pool, he is just 2 years old, so please explain him he is not aloud to use it. There was only us using the pool at that time of the day, the Villa is made to accommodate at least 20 rooms from what I could count..so that shower is made to work for at least 20-40 people. If didn't broke when was used by one of his friends that was visiting him, situation in which that pool is private and, in my opinion, is supposed to be used only by the paying customers that are staying at the Villa, not by all the friends of the employees, than I am guessing should be OK for 2 minutes of usage by a 2 year old. It wasn't in our intention to leave the kid there too long, because he is normally getting bored fast enough, and we were trying to avoid screaming and crying, as we were in holiday, we try to enjoy ourselves and have happy kids in the same time. I wouldn't have let him play there if I would have thought there is a little chance that shower to be broken by him. But there was no way to happen that, especially that was just cold water, hard to explain what could be broken. If he would have been bothered to give a bit more explanation and to ask us in a nicer manner, maybe I wouldn't complain now about his action. Anyways, the owners are nicer and more open minded, and this is just a small incident that could have been avoided with a bit more diplomacy

Extremely clean, rooms designed very cosy, lovely clean pool and also the little pool for the kids and the soft play is a bonus. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner, you don't need to go out of the complex.The facilities Lavander Villa is providing are more than satisfying, we only went out for a walk on the beach, as the water in the see was too cold, so we were lucky to have the pool.

My one concern was the walk-in shower that wasn't draining properly. Our 17mo slipped on the wet floor and banged her head to the tiled floor. If you travel with kids ask for one with a screen or without drainage issues. we had a tool to wipe the floor after showering but this is not what you want to do on holiday and it wasn't leaving it completely dry anyway. One day was missed with the cleaning because our baby slept for 2hrs. But we hadn't put a sign up and we left the bins out to be cleared but it was missed. All of these have been addressed and cleaner made sure to not miss us again the following day. And she was very nice about it. no much they can do about the shower i guess.

Location is great in a not very crowded area, close to the beach and to some bars and restaurants and 10min drive to supermarket. Beach is excellent for kids with shallow water for a good stretch. Sand is fine and great for playing. The hotel restaurant is great for any meal of the day. Pool water was cold(ish) but much enjoyed by all on a hot day; there is a kiddy pool which was great for the kids and the water would warm up in there sooner. Rooms are a great size and there is a lift (for luggage and buggies). Quiet area and you can see the sea from the balcony. loved sitting on the balcony and we had drying racks for swimming stuff. The place also has a soft play by the restaurant which was much loved by the kids.

I expected the water from pool to be warm, especially for families with small children. There were loud guests in some nights and no one told them to keep it down. The barista was not rude but not frienly either( the one with shorter hair). The prices at the restaurant were a tad too big in my opinion, but I guess this is the Romanian seaside, everybody exploits the tourists. Our room was next to the kitchen and I could hear the chef from 6 am cooking and cleaning.

I liked the cleanliness, the vecinity to the beach, the fact that we were at the ground floor, the spacious room. There was plenty of food included in the breakfast, and a great variety too.

the area is a bit under development still

The hotel was clean and smelling like lavender. Really comfortable beds. The highlight was the safe kid’s pool near the restaurant area, so we could relax and have coffee while the little one was playing in the water. Music was nice and not loud, Food was really good, we tried all the fishes in the menu. Highly recommended in the area.

I didn't appreciate the fact that the bathroom has no dedicated shower space. It feels as if it was forgotten in the design, and then simply attached in a corner of the bathroom. There is no separation between shower and the rest of the bathroom, not even a curtain. It is a very unexpected inconvenience.

The food and the service were not great, poor breakfast, very unconfortable chairs on the terrace, no place to enjoy the evening after dinner

There weren't too many options at the restaurant, especially for a small child, but the food was ok and the staff was nice.

The staff was nice, the accomodation was good. It was a quiet place. There was a little playground.
