The coffee in room was something never heard of. I would expect Nespresso at least in rooms. Also the breakfast was nice, but poor choice of coffee brand.

There were some issues with the electrical system either the plugs, the fridge or the AC stopped working due to some electrical fluctuations in the area. However, the staff was able to address this issue even though they occurred late in the evening.

The property was extremely modern, clean, with great attention to detail while the staff was very attentive and professional.

Not much to be honest.Maybe staff on the desk need slightly better languages/english?

Breakfast had a local flavour ( not sanitised international) : perfectly laid out and very thoughtfully presented. The room was quiet,large, very well appointed, scandi in style and excellent computerised room system for lights/heating/make-up-room. We also used the relaxation lounge for reading.

Access for drop off and pick up for taxi is tight but this is very very minor.

Very comfortable, very clean, excellent bathroom and mod cons. Just really impressive. I had a lovely Mountain View as well. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was also excellent. I asked for something specific for breakfast and they got it without fuss. Really 10/10 and I would come back and recommend.

Honestly nothing - couldn't fault the place.

Everything! Friendly staff who spoke plenty of English, an extremely nice room, a really nice breakfast, and a great location for exploring the old town of Brasov (which is where you want to be as a tourist - the metropolitan city centre is just like any other in the world).

Beautiul luxury boutique hotel, staff is friendly, the location is very clean and located close to the city centre. There is also a rooftop available with nice city views but you need to ask the reception staff for going up there. The rooms are very nicely designed, combining the chalet look and feel with modern elements. We had a Junior suite which has a main bed and a smaller bed in a small separate room. There is also a balcony with nice views of the city.

Nothing only wish I could stay longer than the one night

Right from the lovely lady on reception who greeted us so nicely and helped give us directions to the center of town a d other local attractions . To the beautiful room .the service throughout was exceptional . The location was good the shower was amazing and the breakfast was lovely . I loved it 😍

Terrace could be cozier, so people can enjoy sunset or breakfast there (perhaps during the summer it's possible)

Fresh, clean and very cozy house at the heart of Brasov. Hospitality at high level, delicious breakfast, variety of options for treatments (massage for additional price). Nice view from terrace.

Good breakfast selection, however the breakfast staff lady was very grumpy.

The property is located in the old town which makes it perfect for a short trip to wander around. It was my sister's birthday so the reception staff have greeted us with a glass of bubbles and prepared a Happy Birthday card in the room which was a wonderful gesture. We didn't have the time to try the spa or the rooftop terrace but these but overall we had an exceptional stay. A special thank you to the receptionist (didn't catch her name) who was extremely helpful and polite.

Beautiful hotel, felt very luxurious. The lobby, breakfast area and room all beautifully designed. I liked the touch screen to control lights, air conditioning etc in room. Bathroom and bathroom toiletries were great. A special shout out to the breakfast chef. I am vegan with a nut allergy and he brought out seperate items for me, checked in with me. He was so helpful and couldn't do enough which made our stay even better. Staff in the hotel were very friendly.

Very good breakfast cooked with love and fresh produce. The service was spot on and the breakfast room was nice and cosy. The chef came to us and offered some banana bread that he had freshly baked.

It looks beautiful, the room is big enough and nicely decorated. Kind staff, especially at breskfast. Quite diversified food and good quality. Few min walk from city center. Very clean and comfortable bed. Great shower products
