Beautiful and relaxing place, with an amazing view of the valley and clean air. Apartment is fully furnished and has all that is needed. Land owner is extremely kind and helpful, he took us around with his car.

Sve preporuke. Hvala, Branislave :) Comfortable and clean accommodation, a splendid view, a really welcoming host. Everything you may need for a stay is there, including an air-con/heater, coffee or even an extra outdoor kitchen. It's easy to reach the place by car or taxi from Aranđelovac, plus 2 nice wineries are within walking distance from the house.

The apartment is a bit noisy, i.e. if the other people watch TV on a loud volume you could hear it.

Amazing location and super friendly host. We were welcomed with rakija. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed the short walk to a winery close by. And good pillows!

Everything was absolutely amazing, so nothing to complain about!

Most importantly-THE VIEW!!! It's amazing!!! Huge windows look directly to green hills, forests...Feels and looks surreal. Apartment is fully equipped (even with Dolce Gusto coffee maker), clean and spacious, beautifully furnished and new. Outside the house you will find Your own patio with sunbeds, chairs, parasol, tables etc Needless to say that the view from there is also breathtaking. Also, there is an outdoor kitchen area where you will find a grill, freezer filled with drinks and ice cream that you can help yourself with and a big table with chairs. In front of the house is a huge orchard where you can find plums and pears. We absolutely loved this house and will definitely come again!!!

BEWARE!!! This accommodation is said to accept all major credit cards on Booking.com when in fact only cash in the local currency is which came clear to us only at the end of our stay. Settling the payment was a bit of an issue from the beginning;  when we asked to pay the very first night of our stay, we were told to relax as this was Serbia and things would evolve on their own pace. When the time to pay finally came, we were asked to go to a local bank branch to withdraw cash although the room was guaranteed with a credit card. No cash payment is mentioned as an option on Booking.com. Even if a credit card would be an issue - which it should not be as only credit cards were indicated as methods of payment on Booking.com - we did have also a debit card for direct payments from a bank account. It is very obvious that the facility does not have a terminal for card payments. When we got in touch with the Booking.com Customer Service (which confirmed that the accommodation has card payments as the only option, no cash, in their system) in order to settle this issue, according to the Customer Service the Landlord had told them that it was just an issue with our card not working in Serbia. If this really was told to Booking.com, it is surprising to us as our card was never even tried, only cash was requested. Our cards worked just fine in Serbia. The apartment is not located on the ground floor, it's the first floor and there's another apartment directly below it where locals live (it's 2-storey building). There is one bathroom, instead of the two informed on Booking.com, and no separate living room and bedroom, as informed on Booking.com (it's a studio combined space of a sofa, bed, and a kitchenette). The accommodation is said to be "Adults only" place, yet multiple children came to play at the accommodation.

The place inside is as shown in most of pictures, although some pictures are from a different but similar apartment than the one rented; professionally decorated with plenty of amenities, some food items, decorative items, and live flowers, and is very suitable for two adults. Plenty of towels and hangers which are necessary for a longer stay. Fridge working very well, keeping drinks cool. Throughout the reservation process and arrival communication was flowing well. The internet connection is very stable with apartment specific router, and there is a large variety of tv channels. Air-conditioning is operational. Unlike mentioned in Booking.com, this place accepts cash only. The Landlord covered our exchange fees of 50 euros.
