The standard room doesn't have a window

I travel a lot for leisure and work. The price to value ratio was one of the poorest I've experienced. Additionally: - no kettle for tea or water glasses in the room - the room was extremely hot. No A/C - only super loud fan. The room was just above the ground floor so didn't feel safe to open the window - not enough power sockets; nowadays you have USB ports with every power socket... but not in this hotel. I had an adaptor tu use my UK plugs- but the sockets were quite flimsy so the adapter wouldn't stay in and charging devices was a challenge

It was close to the Friends stadium where the concert we came for was held. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

The sound proofing wasn't the best, as I could hear everything from the room next door - talking, tv etc. Also the housekeeping was a bit lazy a couple of times, but things were taken care of when asked.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff was so helpful and very kind, they even made me some breakfast to-go for an early flight. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the center but still peaceful enough. The room fit my needs for a solo trip. Would recommend!

The duvet was too hot at night on the warm day and the room too. Selection of bread at breakfast could be better. The buns were uninspiring.

I stayed in a room in the back on the first floor. The room was very bright, quiet and clean. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The hotel is close to public transportation and it was easy and quick to get to the city center.

Nice stay, comfy beds. Good public transport nearby as well as some bars and restaurants. We went to a concert at Friends Arena and it was a nice 45 minute walk back after. Was nice not to have to cram the tram with the masses of people or fight for taxis. :)

The shower was a bit weird in the room - the drain was just in the ground, so I've got most of the bathroom wet. Some options were missing during breakfast when I went at 9 a.m..

The room was nice, cozy, and quiet. Approx. A 10-minute walk from the metro was nice + supermarket nearby was a bonus. Breakfast had enough options.

Quite good budget hotel with necessary that you need. Staff was friendly, it was quite and warm in the room. Comfortable beds. Breakfasts also was fine - just simple regular breakfast. Easy access to the city center - 10 minutes on foot to the metro and another 12 minutes on the subway/train

From time to time the personnel desappeared but they left code for entering the hotel.

Clean, warm good breakfadt. Good location to public transport which brings you to metro and all main attractions. Clise by shops and restaurants. There are a lot of charging stations for EV if you know how to use them 😀. The stuff is polite and ready to help

Deceiving explination of double room. After booking saw without windows..... No windows, no ventilation system for oxygen airflow, unfortunately quite dangerous foe me quite frankly- didn't sleep at all that night due to my personal health issues for ventilation but for anyone it's shouldn't be offered as a room that one . Ventilation not available.

The hotel is easily accessible with public transport. The beds are firm but comfortable. Lovely pillows and duvet. We enjoyed the breakfast plenty of choice in bread, cereal and hot food.

Dark room (I booked a room without windows though)

The hotel is nice, and not so far from the main city center! Staff is very kind. I didn't know the room without a window would be so dark, so keep this in mind! Otherwise it was nice!

Could get a little noisy, the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great. Shower temperature fluctuated a fair bit.

Great breakfast & dinner options. Good transport links. The staff were all lovely! Everything provided upfront without having to hassle anyone.

We booked a room without a window, but it's actually quite hard to get out of bed with no natural light.

Great hotel just outside the city center, easy to take the metro to the city. Still some nice restaurants in the surrounding. Clean rooms with a nice classic style.

1. Very clean room and bathroom 2. Personnel is perfect 3. Rooms with windows to the courtyard are really quiet 4. No ventillation working round o'clock over Your head in the room, You can open a window (it was a great advantage for me) 5. Bed is comfortable

The hotel advertises a 24 desk, but it was unstaffed when I checked in on a Sunday around 16. That was no problem, I got my key card and access to the hotel. But it was a 24 hour staffed desk.

Room was nice, bed was comfy, and breakfast was well stocked and good! Staff was also very good and easily accessible by phone. I like the traditional style of the room and the bathroom was nice as well. Surprisingly quite room for being in Stockholm, which was excellent.

What could be done better: Provide leaflets of what the hotel offers like other treats for example spa.

Upon arrival we arrived late and I was sent a message with instructions on how to enter using a code which went really well. The hotel is very clean and food represented well. The hotel was at a perfect location. Staff were very helpful. I wish I knew of the spa as I knew on check out.
