It was really clean, aesthetic and everything was at a really good standard. The breakfast was good and the customer service was lovely. This place definitely made our trip better. The location was perfect as we could get to the city center easily.

This was 2nd of two rooms we booked. Our daughters really liked the studio. Just double check you get separate beds. Great breakfast. Nice bar. Outside bar area. Comfy beds. Close to Friends Arena.

The vegan hot food consisted of baked beans only. Disappointed. The only hotel I've ever stayed in that shuts it's bar on a Sunday. For residents there should always be a bar. Just strange

The buffet food on offer for the Taylor Swift weekend was really poor and overpriced. We were only there for concert, otherwise it’s in a really strange area with nothing much else there.

Cute boutique hotel. Close to Friends arena so perfect if you are planning on going to a concert, but very easy to access the city centre with public transport. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is incredible.

Back for the 3rd time at Gio and still very much a fan! The location is great, 10min by bus from the city centre, across the road a big park and the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had! Great place to stay especially if going to Friends Arena for a concert as its walking distance (20-25min).

Everything was great, I have no complaints.

My room was bigger than I expected and it was absolutely beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and the location were excellent. The bus station is nearby and it takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive to the city center. The breakfast had everything you can imagine and the place is really cozy and comfortable.

Subway station a bit of a walk but bus station within steps of hotel made up for it. Parking a bit pricey.

On the way from the Airport using the Flixbus, I couldn't use the bus stop closed to GIO because when I shown to the bus driver and enquired if I could drop near by the address I was showing him, he just said: better to go to the bus terminal and get the right information! If I had know from the hotel what was the bus stop name (Haga norra) I could have asked to the 690 Bus's driver to stop at that bus stop! I had to find my way to get into a train to Solna, the tourism information was not of help and only ordinary people helped me to get to the train to Solna and from there to walk to the Hotel. When I reached the Hotel I just came to realise the Hotel is just near by the Bus Stop Flixbus n° 690, Haga norra! On the day I had to return to the Airport, it was another kind of experience as I was relaxed while waiting for the 690 's bus on the other side of the road direction to Airport. Concerning the living room offered to the guests to relax outside the their rooms, I didn't like the music, to loud and not appropriated while people are reading or working! No music at all or classical music could the the hotel's choice to that particular place.

Everything. The room was small but very nice and comfy. The choice of different times for breakfast is amazing, giving us the possibility to choose the time that bests suits us. Breakfast is fantastic, the service as well, the staff is not pushy, everyone is relaxed and polite. The living room located not far from the reception desk is an excelent idea, giving to the guest the possibility to have a cup of coffe or tea while relaxing in a nice place.

Distance from the town center but the price reflects that. It was a bit crowded in the morning at breakfast time (Sunday morning around 9.30am).

Really enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. Modern and cosy. Lovely bar and restaurant areas. Good transport links with a town center. Would come back for my next visit.

Cold air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

Location is great! Close to the bus stop, which takes you (with one bus) to the central Stockholm or airport. Breakfast has wide variety of food and drinks.

I couldn't find a single thing to dislike during my stay; it was truly excellent in every way.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a diverse range of flavors to satisfy every palate. The hotel was immaculately clean, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests to enjoy.

I cannot give any distraction nor dissatisfaction. Maybe the parking for cars should be free of charge for hotel guests. And maybe the variety of coffee drinks should be complimentary for the breakfast.

Everything was good, we are well satisfied. Breakfast included most common food as usually and it was also tasty. Hotel has very good location, a bit outside of Stockholm city center, but still very close. Mall of Scandinavia is nearby, only decent walking distance 20 minutes.
