I did not find out how to regulate the heat, but it was no issue for me. Windows could be opend but you have to be quite tall to do so.

We had an attic and since we were there in December so most of the windows were always covered with snow. The room was also dark and hence our child was not very comfortable in low cozy lights. It wouldn’t be problem for short stay but since we were there for long stay and being attic room it’s felt a bit congested due to design.

The facilities at property are very good.Especially laundry for long stay. The room has all necessary amenities.I was contacted by staff for extra heater as it was cold which was very nice of them.

I stayed here for a few months and the room was very clean and well equipped. The area was quiet and the central station was not far away by bus or even by a short walk. The cleaning staff come once a week and are also very friendly!

The only aspect that i found challenging was the room temperature which was very cold. During our stay, temperatures dropped drastically and it was difficult to work out how to turn up the room temperature. But still, this has dampened my maximum score of the hotel.

The Studio Double Room was as advertised at Booking.com. The room was clean and tidy. The room was well equipped with toiletries, towels, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board. For a hotel without reception staff, the instructions on how to access the room are well outlined and, I found the process very smooth. The water in the showers was right for me and the pressure sufficient. The hotel is very close to a bus stop which can take you within a short time to the nearest shops, just in case you prefer using public transport. The hotel was flexible with my check out times which is a great listening trait.

Bit far out of the city for tourist but doable. Not much socially in area but family area.

Clean comfortable room with good kitchen and bathroom. Great for longer stay for student/business. Close to commuter train and supermarket and safe. Prompt response for any difficulties from management.

Perfect accomodation 20 Min far from Stockolm Central by SL line commuter. We stayed One week with our 12 yo son. If you do not want to walk to the train station, there Is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

The property was new. It’s a good value. A little bit far from the city center because you had to catch a bus and a train to go to central station (and sometimes another bus or metro, it depend where you’re going) But the room was very clean. We had a problem with the bathroom but they fixed it rapidly.

Everything is super new and super clean. Location is convenient, bus stop just in front of the house and Sollentuna Station is ať a walking distance.

The location is great- the train station is walking distance ( about 15min) away. There is a bus to the train station, that stops just a few meters from the hotel, too. The nearest grocery store is about 10min walk from the hotel. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. The room had everything a little home needs.

The outside access lot was rough gravel, but they are working on it, so probably better soon. It would have been nice if it was a coffee machine in the common area. Not a big problem, 10 min walk to Shell station for coffee run.

Excellent location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Modern clean rooms with good kitchen and all utensils to make food. Running track close to hotell very convenient. Very fast internet and smart tv with Chromecast. Definitely will stay again if I'm the area. Hotell manager was very service minded and helpful the times i needed anything. This place is also perfect for longer stays if you need a place for some weeks/ months

My only issue with it was that it was 10-15 min walk from shops and the train station. But it was very peaceful.

Brand new hotel with a nice design and high quality for a very good price. I stayed for 7 weeks in an apartment with unusually good kitchen equipment, very comfortable and healthy bed, excellent internet and very calm neighbourhood. Hotel staff is around during the week and easily accessible. Very nice neighbourhood close to nature trails for hiking or jogging. Bus stop of line 528 "Ryavägen" is directly in front of the hotel; it only takes around 30 minutes to Stockholm city.

The location requires train and bus to get to. This is annoying. If you miss a bus it can be a while before the next one comes, especially on the weekends. This is annoying The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower pressure was too low. The water in the kitchen and bathroom sink did not get really hot.

The customer service was good and the studio was well designed and decorated.
