I could hear the traffic outside the first night as it is a very busy road, however I slept better the 2nd night. This could just have been down to the travel from Bratislava from the UK.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were really good, really no issues at all. They made us feel very welcome through out. Hotel is in a good position to explore the city, I would stop here again.

My card for some reason stopped working and I wasn’t able to enter my room. After I went to reception it was fixed. Also the one lady during the breakfast was very pushy to take the plates even in the case we didn’t finished yet

Overall the break fast is tasty, but personally the options are quite low so when spending more days there it gets a bit boring.

The staff are always very friendly (been here already 3x over the years). The rooms are clean and super!

The Story of sauna... its confusing becuz we tought its like all hotels in Bratislava per exemple... either its included or you pay an extra and use it as the other guests... but to have to book it privately seems a bit different and leads to missunderstanding and deception... 49 euros per hour, we could have a DAY ticket in oberlaa in vienna for same price. But still happy about the first visit to nitra and happy about the Service of the Staff and quality of hotel rooms

Attic rooms have really limited headroom and head of the bed under the lowest point. They rarely made the room up and cleaning during my week long stay was marginal at best. Parking is also awkward with wheeled cases due to rough stones.

Throughout our stay, we were frequently awakened by various disturbances, including loud arguments from neighboring rooms, loud conversations, and blaring music. Additionally, our room happened to be located near a cigar saloon, which remained open until 23:30, with people and music causing additional disruptions. The excessive noise level in the hotel greatly impacted our ability to rest and enjoy our stay, ultimately leading to our decision to check out a day early. We were disappointed by the lack of soundproofing. Upon our initial arrival, we were disappointed to discover that the toilet was unclean, and the bathroom was infested with a considerable number of ants. Edit: The hotel manager reached out to me and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience we experienced during our stay. They explained the situation and assured us that they are taking steps to prevent such disturbances in the future.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, and we loved the delicious breakfast. The rooftop wellness area offered a stunning panoramic view of the city.

Hot bathroom. No coffee maker in room as promised. They did provide coffee at bar which was good quality.. No access to Netflix on tv.

Very friendly reception. Very good view from room. Could have used rooftop spa. Elevator access to our room ( but not to economy rooms). Great beds. High fashion decor. Good TV no charge but all Slovak language.
