I was expecting slightly classier dinner experience for a four star hotel. A better choice of drinks at dinner, like choice of good wine per glass. Perhaps too many tables, which don’t help the ambience. Also, a senior male waiter at breakfast wasn’t particularly helpful, he needed a lesson from rest of the fabulous team at this hotel.

A fabulous stay! The spa at this hotel is above level of other hotels at twice the price. Super polite staff and very friendly. I was impressed as this is quite unusual for Slovakia :). Breakfast was fantastic and I am definitely going back.

The main pool should be more clean, did not understood permission to go at sauna without swimwear, especcialy when hot tubs are in there 🤷dinner extra drink fee was upseting, that should be free, at least water (because of the 20 eu dinner).Breakfast juice tastes kinda cheap. 🤷 Biliard table poor, cues old, not all balls. Internet at 7th floor was very poor. Hard to work if you need it. All in all, price should be lower, because of the extra taxes/ prices in hotel. Bycicles rent would be perfect option.

The view from room was very nice, breakfast and dinner kinda rich, excluding drinks. There was nice sauna zone. Nice cables for charging electric devices. Was pleasant to get the umbrella during rain walk 👍

The main restaurant had a limited fish offer. We do not eat meat, and we had to go outside for every meal. I hope that when they open the 2nd restaurant after reconstruction, they will have fish as well.

Location was excellent, with the forest right at the foor. Big swimming pool with a wonferful view.

Even though the rooms were non-smoking, we could often smell the cigarette smoke of other visitors when we opened the windows. That was disappointing, since we hoped to only smell the fresh mountain air. This is a problem especially in the summer, when you want to keep your windows open all the time. Also, we could not find a boolket with information about hotel services in the room, so we had to ask every info at the reception.

The location is nice, even though it was not in the center of Smokovec. The hotel offers good meals, wellness and other services, the staff is nice and helpful.

The accessibility for pedestrain is poor - there is no pavement leading to the hotel. You can walk either through busy car entrance or take a narrow path through the bushes (with a lot of excrements all around).

Large pool (25 min) upen till 10 PM, very kind staff at wellness. Really nice hotel with live piano player performing daily in the lobby.

The stuff is extremely rude. I have reached out to them asking about the charge for a dog. I didn't receive any response. After arriving, they told me that they charge 40 euros per night for a dog which is crazy amount of money. The hotel aspires to be a luxury place but it's not. Some part were renovated, others not. Breakfast was mostly processed food. I definitely do not recommend.

What must be improved: not nice smell in the bathroom and the bathroom doors which were no able to be closed smoothly without making noise. For 180 EUR per night you expect to have room without such problems..

The hotel is out dated…, very clean but old style anno 1990…. No airco in a 4 star resort. Was very hot in our room so we slept with the windows open, this was fine but a lot of noise from the street.

1. There's no air conditioning. Extremely hot and bed is so soft is hard to sleep. 2. Sound isolation is terrible. Seems like people are talking in your bathroom they are in adjacent room. 3. Breakfast waitress is unbelievably RUDE. He treats guests as prison guard treats prisoners. He refused to let us in even if there were still 7 minutes until the end of breakfast time. After arguing he left us in but was so demonstratively angry and unpleasant. He switched off coffee machine exactly at 10:00 so i couldn't get my coffee after unpleasant breakfast :) Refused to switch it on. So, he could feel so powerful and right although some people were still in the hall finishing the meal. 4. Other people's hair in sink. 5. Overpriced.

Both restaurants (the main one and the Slovak restaurant) have a 'retro' feeling from the '80s: large but lacking in atmosphere, and the staff wasn't friendly at all.

Large wellness areas with several saunas, steam cabins, and an indoor pool. A beautiful location. The farewell gift—a bottle of wine—was a nice touch.

Jacuzzis in spa far too hot. When raised with staff they said it was the owner’s preference and no changes were made. Two other staff commented that it was too hot. Also very, very poor wifi. Zero in our first room and then when we changed, it was very patchy. Reception said it was because the hotel was busy - not good enough.

Nice pool. Clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty. Great location within easy walking distance of village.

Small and dirty room, very average breakfast. Super warm, no ability to adjust the heating. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel (room equipment, breakfast, service...) ! When you book via the booking.com, they restrict you to access the fitness room - NOT ACCEPTABLE ! During the congress, you do not have the access to billiard or table tennis !

Quite place and close to the center of Vysoke Tatry. Wellness was fine.
