the room was beautiful, with direct access to the pool and had everything we could need and more! plus we had booked two rooms because there were three of us and they were careful to put us all close together.

We had a late fight in and was staying in Katanoi. So this property served as a fantastic layover night on the way- after a long travel to get to Phuket. Amazing pool for the kids and room was very clean and spacious.

The location is a bit too far from Phuket Old Town.

The architecture of the place with the pool and kayak boats, sunbeds and palm trees is absolutely beautiful! The restaurant is good. We enjoyed the free massages. We were transported to another hotel to a massage studio.

Location is awful, next to a very busy highway and far away from everything. You need a taxi or the hotel shuttle to get anywhere. The restaurant is limited so I ordered food delivered.

The mini resort has a nice pool and spacious rooms.

I didn't like one day was raining and I couldn't enjoy the pool. but for the rest was good. they meet my expectations and they have a good staff.

I stayed this hotel twice in my trip to Phuket. One of the room I stayed had connection issues with the wifi because the room was far from the robby.

The room was clean and large enogh. Staffs are all polite and kind. 5-minite walk takes me to the Seveneleven, convenience store.

I had booked a standard room for 9 days but the internet wasn’t so good in the room… I asked the receptionist is there another room with better connection… he gave me an upgrade to a nice room with pool access and great internet… for free

The restaurant was not open at night which meant we had to find somewhere to eat every night. The breakfasts where not hot. They did not seem to light the bain Marie's. The location was not great. It costed 600baht to get to Patong which took 40 -50 minutes to get there depending on traffic. All the information in the room was in Thai. The television was like watching snow. Very disappointing.

The room was lovely and the pool was good. The Chef did make an omelette when asked.

The location is located near to chillva market, near to laundry shop. It is some distance away from the town so we have lots of space to park our car. Our balcony door is unable to lock and the staff fixed for us. There is a kayaking at the pool too.

I booked for 3 deluxe rooms but I was upgraded to pool access rooms for free. A beautiful hotel with all the amenities you can ask for. A/C was just perfect and the ambiance was outstanding. A great place to stay with kids and for my 5 night stay it was just perfect. 7/11 supermarket was a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was a value added service. Great pool to swim..
