The rooms with the pool access are not private as they were facing the slides and there were no way to prevent public to come into our balcony to sit in our chairs through the pool stairs access

We had room above water park so was noicy during day. The staff not care hours so pool officially open 10-18 people was there before and after. Also at night tbe soundproof of doors is 0 so one night we had noicy chineese that shout all night at corridor but no staff to take care. Also at pool one of days group of people took half of pool for their ball play was shouting disturbing everyone . Hitting people with ball. I think if staff was managing order this resort coulld be great. But it like wild west there. And still we enjoyed for the price it was great.

Very nice reaort big room great pool for children. Room look good 10 min walk to beach nice view to mountain good aircon comfy beds.

For the price, I would expect a little bit nicer than it was in reality. Nothing particularly negative, just was expecting more considering the price. Bathtub in the room took ten years to fill to a reasonable level which was annoying.

Great staff and nice facilities. Good location down a quiet side street off the main road.

The happy hour drink prices are still very expensive and tasted watered down. But not a big issue if that's the only concern we had.

We loved the water slides and the room, comfortable beds and very spacious. Good air-conditioner kept us cool. Lovely staff and good location. They also let us have access to pools and bathrooms when we had checked out. Nice and clean. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Lobby is very hot. Most of the time the fan isn't on. There is only 1 front desk counter operating so sometimes it can be very hot and a long wait.

Location is strategic, rooms are decent. Fantasy pool is great.

We had swim up room, unfortunately there was no sun on the terrace. The biggest issue was other guests sitting on our terrace. The restaurant was small for the hotel and therefore very busy for breakfast, some mornings we struggled for a table.

Amazing resort for families in a great location, just a short walk to the shops, beach, and markets. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and we felt very welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the highlight would definitely be the family pool with the water slides. Highly recommend!!!

I would have given full marks save for a couple of health and safety aspects. First the usual electrical issues, a switch on top of other switch in the bathroom, and exposed wires to the water jet seahorse by our veranda. Secondly the veranda and steps leading to pool are tiled and slippery, could do with at least a handrail leading down steps into pool and possibly some non slip flooring, we used the welcome mat at the edge of the stairs, it helped.

Everything! Friendly and helpful staff, the pool access room was big with a suitably sized bathroom, the veranda with access to fantasy pool with bar, slides and other child friendly areas. Breakfast was varied with some food changing every day, overall food was fresh and tasty, likewise In the restaurant for dinner. Room cleaned daily, coffee and water replenished. We had a great stay here, too short!

Just breakfast we don’t like. You can enjoy it for 2 day, but after you will like to have more continental breakfast. But we understand we are in Asia.

The rooms were way too small. My 3 kids were like sardines in one room, with nowhere to put their stuff. The pool bar menu was ok the expensive side for drinks.

The pools were fantastic, the reception staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The pool with the slides in it could be cleaner, and I didnt appreciate having to wait at check out for them to send someone to check the room. It’s like they don’t trust their customers, which is also emphasised as they leave a list in your room of all the things they will charge you extra for.

The family room was a good size and the two spaces is most welcome with children in the party. The breakfast was good.

Great hotel, location was really good, plenty of amenities on the street. Hotel was very clean and our family room was fabulous, plenty of room for five and two shower rooms! The water park is brilliant and kept all of the teenagers occupied! Pool bar is stunning. Staff extremely attentive.

Staff weren’t very friendly

Travelling with two children- 3 & 7. Waterslides were a big plus. Location of hotel is good to reach both ends of Krabi.
