Saari was very helpful with his local info to make stay easier, besides him being available round the clock. 2nd best was it's location. Most of the places are at walking distance.

The pool area is small but patong beach is only 5 minute walk so didn't matter

It is in a good position for everything, the rooms are large ,clean and spacious, the manager on front desk can't do enough to help you enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located near the "Patong Caos", like 3 minutes walking, but in a quiet and peaceful area, like an Oasis, to sleep like a baby. The garden view transmit to you a even more peaceful sensation. The attention to details made all the difference. The cleaning was impeccable as well. The owner do everything he could to make our stay even more pleasant. It's a gem over Patong Beach. Surely we'll come back :)

Though the restaurant was not available, we appreciated the ability to relax in the impressive spaces on the 2nd floor (location of the restaurant).

Everything was exceptional! We appreciated the professionalism and attentiveness of the manager throughout our week long visit. The room was immaculate and well-appointed - so many details that we appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect.

Actually not close to beach/sea but when you look at the pictures taken you feel like closer... Room is full of furnitures but some of them unnecessarily invading place.. Toilet jetwash is hard to reach/hang back, not ergonomic...

Really good location for someone staying in Phuket to know Bangla road and the surroundings. It’s not noisy at all in the room and there is a nice swimming pool. The owner is very helpful and he helped us choose a nice tour and fer a taxi to the pier.

The property was clean, well located and the owner/manager (Saria) is helpful in all regards. This hotel shall be your base once in the Phuket area. They keep your heavy luggage for free while you are in exploration mode.

Nothing major, just would prefer if there was one time use slippers. And the cleaners threw away my cologne boxes which I stored my colognes in.

Very clean hotel, the room was absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. The tv in the room was excellent. Location of the hotel was excellent, 5 minutes walking from Bangla road many food options close by and Jungceylon was 5 minute walk away as well where you can get food and shopping. The room was very nice and comfortable and the owner was a very helpful man who was always attentive and very helpful called a taxi on our last day. Overall I would stay at this hotel again when I come to Phuket :)

The manager was available almost 24/7 and willing to assist us anytime he also managed a good rate for minibus to the airport on new year. The cleaning staff were very skilled to give us the room with no single issue. Also the location is very good few minutes away from full scale supermarket and good restaurants and the beach too.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, with a clean room and exceptional service from Saria, the manager, who was attentive and helpful throughout. The location is convenient, close to the beach and lively party spots. Plus, the proximity to restaurants open almost around the clock means you're never short of dining options, even late at night. While the view from the balcony is partially obstructed by nearby construction and buildings, you can still enjoy glimpses of the beach and mountains. However, the view from the pool is great. Overall, we highly recommend this place for its outstanding hospitality and comfort.
