Some days we asked to get our room clean but was missed, usually would get done the next day, apart from that no complaints

Really nice stay, lovely pool, location is just 2 minute bike drive from main strip and a 7/11, mini mart in the hotel which is great. Staff were really nice and accommodating

Very nice small hotel, conveniently located away from the busy loud part but still 5min walking distance to cafés, restaurants, beach, diving shops (we recommend Big Bleu Diving). The pool was nice to enjoy on hot days and the small convenient store provides some basics.

When the pool is not being used for swimming lessons there was a big group playing loud music. Not enough sun loungers.

It was clean and comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. Free water to refill your bottle. Location is good about a 10 min walk to the main area.

Such a good location, only a short walk to shops and really nice restaurants and cafes and the beach. The rooms were so comfy and the cleaning was really good. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful when I needed to extend my visa. Would definitely recommend. Also such good value for money

Shower - not great and whole bathroom was soaked. Would need a shower current.

Location was slightly further away from Sairee Beach than would have preferred - 10/15 min walk in the heat wasn’t ideal but was worth it for price and staff and would definitely stay again.

Great hotel - extremely clean and lovely pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hour minimart on site was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend staying here, unreal value for the price.

wifi connection was very low (I dont know if that is in regards to the place or the whole island), luckily I had mobile data on my phone so I could switch to hot spot when needed. when leaving the room you take the keys and all power gets switched off, also the fridge...

Pool was a bit grotty but not terribly so. Pretty basic.

Kind of out of the way and quiet but just a 5 minute walk to the cafes.. Staff were cool.

The aircondition was noisy, but for 1-2 nights and the price, then it’s OK. Rooms and lights in the rooms wasn’t cozy.

Great location near the city center, but in a quiet area. There is a small store (open 24h) where you can but drinks and snacks.

We were given a small duvet/sheet for two people, but I’m sure if we asked we could’ve been given another one. The WiFi wasn’t great, we used our mobile data the whole time.

Really lovely rooms, not too far from the main area and without loud noise. Pool was nice, really well priced laundry and taxi service & the staff were great.

When we arrived after the check time of 14:00pm they were still cleaning our room, and unfortunately the forks and spoons provided hadn’t been cleaned at all, however when asked for them to be cleaned this was done quickly. There was no info provided about Wi-Fi etc. We had a few weird experiences with the cleaning system. If you wish for your room to be cleaned you have to leave your room key in the basket at reception before 12midday and once it’s cleaned they move it to another basket so you can collect when you come back. One day we left the key in the ‘to be cleaned’ basket and when we came back it hadn’t even been touched, even though it had been moved to the ‘cleaned’ basket…I went to reception to ask and one of the ladies just apologised and said she would it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes around and the same situation occurs, our key was left in the basket before 12 midday and when we came back all they had done was made the bed, non of the bins had been emptied, no toilet roll replaced, no water replaced etc, so I went to reception and asked that the room be done as this was two days in a row. It was done within 30 mins but the staff didn’t look very pleased that they had been asked to do it! We didn’t have any issues after this but it was very frustrating seeing as we were staying there for 9 nights! You constantly have to ask for toilet paper and bottled water, why not just leave it outside peoples rooms if they don’t need a full room clean? Surely it would make everything easier for guests and staff included! Also had to pay a 1000 baht deposit for the room key which is the highest we’ve ever paid!

Room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The room comes with a fridge, kettle, and bowls/forks and spoons. You also get pool towels. Decent size balcony. When room was cleaned it was done well. Easy walk into town, probably 4 minutes so not essential to have a scooter but we did hire one for 3 days and this was prefect to see more of the island. Cheap laundry at 40 baht per kg. Also got picked up from the pier at a good rate of 100 baht per person. Staff were friendly. The 24hour shop on site sells super cheap beer.

The only part I didn't like was the road to the hotel, was abit scary walking to it In the dark but that's just me

For a cheap booking it was good. Rooms were basic but had what you needed. The Aircon was good, the pool was good too. The staff were very friendly and the 24h shop was handy. One thing I majorly approved of was the swimming lessons the lady was giving to the children, I don't know why anyone would ever complain about it. It hurt my heart when the lady told us that the local restaurants had to fund it because Thais don't get taught how to swim and she didn't want all western people taking over the dive schools. What an absolute credit the woman is teaching the kids and a massive well done to the hotel for letting them use the pool.

Was at the top of the stairs and water pump for the hotel was right outside the door. Clicked on all the time and was pretty loud.
