Beware of a slippery pool. No A/C in corridors maybe for sustainability reasons. Not the best neighbourhood to walk around, just jump in BTS or Taxi and fly to BKK.

Great experience from reception to room. Smiling and charming personnel all the way. Quality restaurants and amazing pool for a sunset drink. Easy direct connection to BTS from the hotel and sky train direct to airport, both are luxury options. One of the best and biggest breakfast in world.

Close to BTS, convenient to Siam Paragon, King Power Mahanakhon, if take longer time, still convenient to Saphan taksin & Iconsiqm, WatTraimit. The best candidate the first or last date in Bangkok. Definitely can’t forget the night view in swimming pool at 22/37F.

Beautiful hotel, the rooftop pool is really breath-taking. The breakfast also especially was on of the best I've ever had, was sad to only had it twice! Rooms were lovely, very clean and stunning view

The best thing about this hotel is its location and convenient trip from the airport: you just grab a train and in 30 min step up the hotel directly from the station, it was amazing! Overall, this is a brand new hotel with a high-class service. Room was very comfortable and clean with a nice view over the city. My child loved the pool at 22nd floor, it was super nice and refreshing after a hot day in Bangkok.

Two things I think could be improved... 1) The lighting system. I couldn't work out which buttons related to which light so spent a bit longer than I'd like trying to find the correct switch! 2) When we first checked in, the process was very rushed and we weren't told certain information (i.e. Lounge dress code, how to access the app and WiFi). Upon returning back to the hotel, we were told all this information at check-in which was much appreciated but, I think this needs to be consistent to help avoid guests feeling confused!

I loved my stay at The Eastin Phayathai - so much so, I cancelled another hotel to return here at the end of my travels. The facilities are incredible and the pools are truly breathtaking. We had access to the Lounge which I'd recommend as it was nice and quiet to start the day with breakfast, and to end it with a nice drink before bed. We stayed in the two bedroom suite at the start of our trip, and two deluxe double bedrooms towards the end. I was amazed at the view of the city - it's really something special to see. I'd also like to give a special mention to the staff in the restaurant and pool area - they were so happy, smiley and really welcoming. If you're thinking about booking this hotel - do it. You'll be so thankful to be on the BTS line (super easy and simple to navigate!) and to have not one, but two pools to choose from after a swelteringly hot day in the city. This will be my go-to hotel when I'm next in Bangkok.

Breakfast had a wonderful spread, food was fresh and coffee was great! I love the connectivity of the hotel just right off the BTS stop but away from the hustle and hustle noise and had a great massage place and convenient store just next door, everything was perfect! It was clean, bright, and spacious, can’t ask for more! Had such a great time!
