Large and clean room. The hotel is located on the main drag. Nice views although a bit on the noisy side. Close to the outside Food hall and many bars.

AC is far too small in room 604 and cannot cool down the room especially during the afternoon as well the night. Asked for a fan to the staff which had been ignored, they sent someone to fix the AC when went out for dinner but it didn’t work. Understand it is one the hottest months of the year but they should seriously doing something. AC is not powerful, old and very badly placed in this room. For 10 minutes we got some bang noises all around at 9pm when I asked to the front desk, they just replied that someone lost his room key… lucky it was not at midnight… No apologies or signs of understanding about all those matters happening in a one night stay only… It was my third time to stay there and it’s is my last one. Lift is weird and in its way capricious to operate.

The hotel is situated on the 2nd line from the beach (~5 mins walk), the room is spacious, the staff is nice. There’s a 7/11 and ATM next door

Yes, it’s noisy as it’s on a traffic road, recommend to use earplugs for a better sleep

Rooms look very simple, maybe some redecoration is required.

Simple studio apartment with comfortable bed. Locality is silent yet all the food and party places are closely. Lady at reception is really sweet and helpful.

Location wise a street far from the beach. But there was food stall and bars and a 24/7 just beside.

Place is nice and clean.. wide windows from road side.. lots of sunshine. The reception ladies were cordial and helpful.

Bathroom door was difficult to lock, no cutlery and music at night may disturb you if you are sensitive.

About 10 minutes walk from Jomtien bus station, located near Market, restaurants on one side and busy walking street leading towards jomtien beach ⛱️. Our room was located on 6th floor. Elevator, open corridor with large room having AC, refrigerator, TV, electric kettle, safety box, microwave, balcony with chairs and sufficient cabinets with smiling staff.

Lot of traffic noise all night long, advertised as having microwave but did not have one no plates or eating utensils for using if you did take food back to eat

The bathroom could have done with a more thorough scrubbing, but the entire place was clean overall. There were no light switches near the bed though so getting up to switch the lights on and off was a bit inconvenient. If you’re a light sleeper, the traffic noises may be somewhat disturbing.

Loved that the room was very airy, spacious, and well-lit. Moving around was made convenient by Grab car booking app and motorbike taxis which are posted up many places along the street. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk away from the beach. Many food options right outside, including a 7-11 downstairs and the Jomtien Night Market which is about 10-15 minutes walk away. Staff was pleasant and Bi, one of the ladies at the reception desk, was kind and warm.

Nothing was a problem. If I was pushed for a negative answer, I would say the aircon fan on the balcony leaks a little. But it's not a problem.
