Amazing hotel. Fair price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Renting a scooter was super easy at the reception. Well maintained and good quality of scooters. Breakfast has a nice egg station, good variety of food. The room is super clean.

Nothing. The island is quiet in general so if you are looking for somewhere secluded to relax this is perfect

Rooms were very spacious, modern and extremely clean. Staff were extremely helpful and organised many transfers and excursions and happy to help in general. We visited for my mams 60th birthday and they made our check in extra special.

However, it's worth noting that visiting in April may not be ideal for those hoping to swim in the sea, as the rough waters can detract from the experience. But take a boat tour and you will visit some stunning beaches with calm waters.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights, during April. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, with every member of staff displaying exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, which was nothing short of incredible. The extensive drinks menu, coupled with an enticing happy hour between 4-6pm, was great. The rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil retreat. Located in a peaceful area, we were able to enjoy much-needed serenity throughout our stay. The addition of dinner on the beach, accompanied by the fire show, provided a lovely evening. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

The staff in the restaurant seemed a little stiff and sad. There was one or two friendly staff during evening service but breakfast staff seemed like some more training would be helpful. Poolside villa was nice..small issue with water pumped in being too hot but perhaps this was due to 40c days. Nice spot.

The environment around the beach chair is quite messy and lacks organization. I ordered two glasses of Gin with lime and soda, specifying no syrup no sugar added. The staff acknowledged my request and I tipped them 100 baht. The drinks returned overly sweet.

Everything! Not only was room was comfortable and impeccably decorated, but the beach was pristine. Breakfast was varied and reallly good. Also, the staff was kind and helpful. Went out of their way to ensure your stay was great. Will definitely be back!

Nothing really, if I had to pick they could use a few/a lot more fans in the dining area to shoo away the flies and mosquitoes.

Just a question mark over whether all staff were paid properly. Tradional dancing and fire show put on by staff was great but would have been good to be reassured that passing the hat around at the end was for "tips" and not the only income the performers received. Hotels that expolit staff, particularly young Burmese staff, or that have staff members clearly trying to get a living wage by offering deals on the side, for me kill the idea of returning to southern Thailand. Not saying that was necessarily the case with Casa Blanca.

Very pleasant stay. Lovely, friendly staff team. Loved the small beach with a half dozen other beach front restaurants and bars. Excellent range of buffet breakfast options. Great outlook at sunset.

There is a lot of staff at the bar and restaurant but still you have to keep calling them in order to get something. The Wellness offered by the hotel is payed separately, the ladies were not so friendly, total inflexible and we payed for a 30 min massage and got a 21 Minute massage. At the beach there are very nice, cheaper and from people who are polite and can communicate with tourists. The pool was kind of dirty. Also there is no so much shade space near the pool.

Nice big and confortable rooms. The Hotel is well kept and there are very nice and good restaurants close to it (in the main road two of the best restaurants in Koh Lanta). The pool is child friendly and you can rent a motorbike from the reception directly to travel around (highly recommended for the day). There is one activity per day offered buy the hotel. Don't expect much but it's nice anyway of them *we enjoyed the craft making. You can go walking to the south to some other nice calm beaches. Also at the beach great bars and massage places. At breakfast you can order direkt at the kitchen pancakes, omelettes or roti. You can also refill your water bottles at the reception. There was three times per week yoga at the hotel but you have to pay for it.
