Beautiful place, aircon was amazing! Lovely staff and great choice of food. 5/10 minute walk to Koasan Rd which was a perfect distance

The pool is not very spacious and it traps the heat between the buildings. So if you come for the pool, maybe think twice.

Everything was fine and in good condition. Almost new. We would have loved to stay a bit longer. Also the hotel is quite well located! :)

- They have an air freshener in the lobby/cafe area that seems to spray non stop. It’s insanely strong. And the space is never aired out. Can’t be healthy, I found it overpowering - The shared showers and toilets are a little small and not enough hooks to hang your stuff - The 4 bed female dorm room had a bad smell, which didn’t go away even when I left the door open for a while - The pool area smells sometimes

Lack of a common area. The existent is more of a café, so one doesn’t feel appropriate hanging around

Everything good. The location is amazing, there are many restaurants and bars on this side of the river. Walking distance to main attractions like the palaces, temples or the chinatown. But being in a calm part of this part of the city crossing the canal.

I had an issue with my bed not being made on the night I arrived, after a long overnight flight it was not ideal - the staff found me another bed which meant I stayed in a room away from my friend. Every morning there was an issue with our breakfast or lunch order - wrong breakfast brought, cold chicken burger at lunch. The curtains are very loud in the dorms so you wake up everytime someone gets in or out.

The pool was great and everything was modern and clean. I had a comfortable stay and it’s one of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed in.

The management should allocate certain pool side chairs for hotel guests and some for the hostel guests. Then everyone will get chance to relax by the pool. Otherwise the hostel guests take all chairs by the pool for hours

Poor breakfast, better to get food over there. You can heard all the noise at your floor, so no privacy. Somme staff in the shower didn't work in a proper way, but still okay. Not so soft bed as it supposed to be at the hotel.

Totally value all the money you paid - nice room with all the necessary things. Nice pool - bur wish working hours a bit large. Responsive staff - thanks for taking care of your patrons.

If you're staying in the dorms, keep in mind that this is a hotel, so it doesn't have any of the social perks of being in a hostel. I would recommend to stay in the dorms of this hotel only if you do not care about the social aspect.

Nothing, everything was great.

I messed up my booking and selected the wrong dates, the receptionist took his time to speak to his boss, change the booking on the hotel's side (I wasn't able to do it through Booking.com) and get me checked in. Great service and solution finding. The bed was sooooo comfortable. It was also really sound-proofed and dark. The whole hotel was beautiful, I wish I was there a little longer.

Pool facilities: there were only a couple of sunbeds and few chairs.. some people had to sit on the floor as there wasn’t any space available. Air conditioning in communal areas were extremely cold ( not good for health going from outside temperature of 38’ to inside temperature of 20’ or less!) Door for toilet room didn’t leave enough privacy (you can hear anything is going on the toilet from the room!)

Really nice hotel located next to backpacker area (10 min walk). Lots of tuk tuk and taxi available in the near street. Room was really spacious and clean with a big comfortable bed! Amazing breakfast with good variety of food.

Walls and doors seem to be quite thin and so you hear the surrounding sounds and the passers-by who come home late at night. Ask the staff for a quieter room and they'll be happy to help. The swimming pool hours are quite restrictive, opening only at 8am when it can be already hotter than 30° and the pool area is fully exposed to the sun. An earlier opening, e.g. before breakfast, would be nice. Swimming pool though is small, maybe 15m long, thus less adapted for proper swim sessions and water is warm for obvious reasons.

The staff, cleanliness, bag deposit, location. Breakfast is average but for Thai standards, given it's mostly western cuisine, good, and I appreciated the fresh fruits.

The pool was ok, didn’t seem too clean and there were lots of young loud people, but I guess that’s what you should expect from a hotel that also offers dorm rooms. The staff was not super helpful, when the receptionist showed us to the elevator after checking in he could have offered to carry some of our bags. He saw we were struggling and just told is ‘here you open the door’. Dude, maybe at least open the door for us when you see we have our hands full?! 😂 All in all I would recommend and I would stay here again but there are definitely some points of improvement.

We really liked our stay here. The location is so nice! In a authentic part of old town with lost of nice restaurants in the area. It’s a fairly new and comfortable hotel. Rooms are very comfy. Bed is huuuge with great linen and lovely pillows. Very very nice for a good rest. The aircon works great. Shower great with very powerful pressure. We ordered roomservice 2 times. The snacks (fries, quesadilla and springrolls were so yummy! Unfortunately breakfast roomservice was just ok, they had half the order wrong and the salmon smelled off 😷🤢).

Very comfortable ! The beds are super comfy and private with the curtains , big lockers in the room , clean bathroom and also a good pool =] the situation is also good , very walkable distance from Khao San and still really quiet and calm

Not that I didn't like, but there are a few things that could be improved. The window in the shower is see through, so it would feel more comfortable if it wasn't. There isn't a kitchen, so I missed having a space to eat my own stuff and fridge to keep water cool.

Exceptional clean, very nice staff. They give you fresh towels and a bottle of water every day. The WiFi was excellent too, and the upstairs area was perfect and silent to work from. One of the best hostels I ever stayed for the price offered. It's not a party hostel, it's chill vibes and Ioved it. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
