The location was good, just a few minutes walk to Ratchathewi BTS Station. Close to 7 eleven. Close to several halal restaurants opposite. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The breakfast : there were non-pork food options for me and family. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. There was a small refrigerator and a capsule coffee maker in my room. The atmosphere was nice.

The hotel was clean with a nice breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great for touring as it is very close to the Skytrain, just a short walk. Skytrain for us was perfect for getting around.

Vietnam- breakfast is not so tasty regarding to Thai food (just my personal feeling compared to others) - my twin room is quite small with 2 luggage - there are only 4 hangers in the room. I was expecting 6-8 hangers

The services & kindness from the staff. They are so friendly & helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mum traveling without my baby so they helped me keeping & froze my breastmilk. With excellent services thank you so much every each of you!! The breakfast is superbb delicious fried rice , cereal , fresh cut fruits , juice & coffee. Will stay again if visiting Bangkok because its nearby with BTS Ratchatewi.

SingaporeMy stay of 10 days and 9 nights in this hotel was very enjoyable. The front desk staff of the hotel were very friendly and they always greet their guest with a smile. The room was very clean as the housekeeping staff did a very good job in the cleaning of the room daily. The wifi speed was acceptable as I am able to use my laptop without much delay loading websites. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to a few eateries and 7-11, it was also just a few minutes walk to the nearest BTS station Ratchathewi.

NorwayThe biggest downside was the noise in the room. The windows had a strange mechanism which didn't allow the window to close. So all the street noise came in. We stayed only for 1 night and we're super tired and woke up before 6 to catch a flight but I couldn't imagine wanting to stay for a longer time. I couldn't be in this noise all the time. That's super unfortunate, other than this I really liked the hotel. One more thing actually - the floor towel in the bathroom was covered in stains. Not the best look to be honest. If those 2 problems were solved I would've easily given 10/10.
The staff was so nice! Out of over ten hotels in the past 6 weeks that was one of the best staff experiences. The breakfast choice was relatively small-ish but very good in my opinion. The room was nice, new and comfortable. They also had a bar downstairs with happy hour so we could take a moment and drink some wine and just people watch and be in the madness of Bangkok.

It was a super new property! So everything was brand new and clean. It was in a good part of town, Siam district was accessible by a 10 to 20 minute walk. We pretty much walked everywhere and enjoyed the drinking places at ChillHouse (walking distance too!) The food surrounding the area is great too. We enjoyed the Pe Aor Tom Yum which was only a couple minutes walk away. Reception is quick and responsive. They can help arrange a taxi to the airport.
