The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit slow at times. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.

I really loved the Royal Cliff Hotel Pattaya. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful sea views.

Staff at Breezeo beach bar very young and inexperienced, so tended to make errors. A small complaint in the bigger scope of things.

Facilities were excellent and dining options very very good. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

We ordered room service and the food wasn’t worth the money(as most hotel restaurants) - welcome drink can be improved

The staff is very kind and helpful - we spent a lot of time at the pool area and the private beach. We liked it a lot - room is spacious

The restaurant was busy during breakfast buffet. Staff cleaned my table although I hadn’t finished my breakfast twice.

Slightly far from the city.

Restaurants were good, specially the one called Maharani. Pool was good, not deep but still decent. Hotel was slightly away from the city so its good to have rented bikes / cars.

Room 5033 had lots of tiles loose on floor which caused water to get under and mold and caused a bad smell. The floor was soapy / sticky when walking on it so I had to mop floor and ask for towels to walk on

Location is far from city , so city life is absent here . Cheap transport arrangements can give a chance to visitors to go Pattaya city .

It was nice resort , best part is 4 swimming pool. Glad swimming is undoubtedly best . Private beach is near and clean . Going to hotel to beach is very interesting . You will get a lift to go there . Food in Breezo restaurant is superb and comparatively price is not high . It’s completely best resort for family and couple . And basically this resort can give you a different Pattaya

Small beach not easy to find. Most of seaside of hotel dedicated to a huge plaza of no known use. Felt like a stay in Kansas city

Standard big western hotel. Ok if that is what you are looking for in Thailand

Pool side service was very bad impossible to get a few drinks by the pool , we weren’t shown to our room on check in . Cocktails and beer was the most expensive I’ve seen around the area you really need people walking around the pool asking people if they want to order , looking after people working for tips in Mexico the service is amazing and really makes a holiday great this was lacking here

The facilities are relatively old! The water pressure of the shower is really weak. Cupboards were falling apart. Everything was at extra cost eg a bowl and some cutlery were over 100bht (exclude tips) happy to tip as always. Did not like the fact that I was charged for small things that would’ve been standard at similar priced hotel.

Awesome view from the pool and bedroom with Seaview! Away from busy streets fresh air in the morning.

We were there for a dance competition and camp and it was the ideal venue as the resort was big enough, with very comfortable and clean rooms. We ate on premises mostly, and the food was varied and tasty, and the staff willing to accommodate requests for variations to their usual menu. Overall, a very enjoyable first time.

your staff should know English its difficult to make them understand what we want. secondly you should keep a doctor for emergency. there was a Nurse but she did not had glucose meter to check diabetes.

However there was noise from room above, with heavy footsteps and to the side (or from above) some drilling during the day sometimes.It was quiet at night though, so not a problem for me.

The bedrooms are dated and really need updating. Breakfast is not that great. Overall I found the place expensive for what it is and compared to my stay in Bangkok the difference was massive. Much better hotel in Bangkok with great facilities, amazing breakfast all new and with pool all for the same price in fact slightly cheaper

The hotel complex is a bit secluded so unless you are prepared to go through the beach, it's difficult to go for a walk.

Amazing infinity pools with such great views. So much fun and beauty that you don't have the need to leave the hotel. They also let us stay all day at the pool after we checked out as our flight was late in the evening. Nice public beach also in the vicinity as well as a number of restaurants with a view.
