It's definitely not a 5 star accommodation, probably more like a low/mid 4 star. Rooms need a little maintenance e.g loose toilet seat, floor tiles, cracked skirting. We had to request handsoap for the bathrooms.

As is expected in the tropics, lots of bugs. Not a problem in the bedrooms as long as the doors are kept closed, but there were ants and other little critters getting into the common area. I recommend not storing any open food there or else keeping all food in the fridge.

Had a fantastic stay here with 10 people (extended family). The AC works well and the pool was impeccable. Really enjoyed having a small common area so we could all hang out outside of the bedrooms around meal times.

- Kitchen (low quality) - No Shades in the pool from 11am to 4pm - Living room / Space in total outside the pool. is okay for 2 Adults and 2 Kids, but staying at the place with 4 or more adults might be to litte space. - Pool-Party-Light: from 6-9pm the pool blinks green-blue. Was annoying to us cus that kills all chillout vives and lights up the whole space. Cant be turned off. - Location: You cant walk anywhere, you should have your own vehicle or take a taxi - Gym: The Gym is unfortunately a joke, but most people dont care anyway 😅

Kitchen is in poor condition, there were 0 knifes and not enough plates and glasses. However we got almost everything after we asked for except knifes. The floor was not sufficiently cleaned. There is no store in walking distance. Our children got some marks on their skin after leaving the pool, so we didnt use it a lot. Maybe some beach chair would be good to have at the pool.

Staff is very kind, but their English is basic. Beds are very cosy, bed linen is clean and towels are regularly replaced with fresh ones. Bathroom shower is very big and perfect! Rooms are also very big and cosy.

It needs a real renovation and repairs, old furniture, the Frying Pan and the pot old and disgusting, all the door locks were broken for all the four rooms, old uncomfortable mattresses and bellows, no hand soap in the bathrooms,

The rooms of the Villa were quite nice, but the beds weren't good. Big beds don't have a huge mattress, they consist of two beds put together and wrapped with a sheet which causes a gap in the middle. Electricity was not working in one room. The pool is nice, but it has a strange blinking disco light in the evening, if it would just stay in one color dimmed it would be nice, so it is very annoying.
