Everything about our stay and the hotel. The staff was amazing, so helpful. Arranged all of our tours for us and were extremely friendly and super cordial and it felt like we were a guest at their house. Genuinely amazing hospitality. The hotel was very cozy, well decorated and maintained.The breakfast was really good too, fresh and delicious.

Easy access to the city center without sloop, so I can recommend here to anyone. They arranged the horse riding tour, the mixed tour (red and a little bit of green) and the balloon tour for us with reasonable prices. Especially, I recommend to book the balloon tour from the hotel because they may have a vacant seat for guests which you cannot find on the web page. The breakfast with panorama from rooftop was a great start of the day. It included some turkish traditional homemade food, and we enjoyed it. Our room has the bathtub and it was really helpful in the cold weather. Special tips for Japanese guests: Some staff can talk Japanese so if you feel nervous about communication in English, this is the best place for you.

The owners make you feel welcome and are ready to help you with any of your questions/wishes. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Our room was on the ground floor, no view, but it was cosy and comfortable. It also seemed like a quieter corner of the town, at the same time it's a really short walk till a sunrise viewpoint or to the beginning of the pigeon valley trail. I booked the hot air balloon ride via the hotel, and it was a magical experience, with a great crew.

This hotel was amazing! The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is stunning, views are great, beds were super comfortable, bathroom and facilities were super cleaned and the staff was very friendly. Farkan in particular was very helpful and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp, he answered every question we had and gave us many great recommendations. Will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend!

Everything was fine - nothing to dislike

We were very impressed with this charming boutique hotel during a recent 2-night stay. It is a first-class, family-owned business and this really shines through in the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and the professional attitude of Furkan and the other family members. They were very attentive and responsive to all our requests and were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other services in Goreme. The design of the rooms is very tasteful and is comparable in standard to similar high-quality hotels we have used in Western Europe. Lastly, the breakfast was wonderful and included several homemade items which were delicious. We cannot speak highly enough of this first-class hotel and would strongly recommend it to other travelers.

The staff were all super friendly. Furkan helped us with everything. He set up all our tours and was very responsive. He also set up our airport transfers. This is a family run boutique hotel and his entire family were wonderful and polite. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Many things close by.

My friend and I loved everything about this hotel!! Its a family-run hotel, with a very special personal touch. The staff cannot do enough for you. Ferkan booked our balloon trip, and both the Red and green tours for us, which we opted to do as private tours. All three experiences were superb, and much more than we could have wished for!! The pilot of the balloon trip and our tour guide went out of their way to make our holiday special - and all organised by Ferkan!! The breakfast was very filling, our room was cosy, and the location in the town was excellent, as it was an easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Goreme Open Air Museum can be done without a guide, as its an easy 30 mins walk away. If ever we get back to Cappadocia, we will choose Aren Cave Hotel again for sure. Thank you so much to the whole family - keep up the good work!! Teşekkür Ederim!!
