Netherlands- Granulated coffee is served during the breakfast. Other options are paid. At least filter coffee could be there.
- Beach is one of the best in the area. Not much wavy and clean. Beach hammocks are remarkable. - Staff was very nice. - Wi-fi connection is fast and covers all around the hotel including beach areas. - Rooms are clean and renovated. - Food in restaurant is great.

United KingdomTurkish Breakfast provided with a huge choice of dishes to choose from They even provided me with a Nescafe with breakfast which was lovely. The Hotel Receptionist was very supportive providing us with information for nearby facilities and travel arrangements to the Airport. The room was cleaned daily and tea and coffee replenished. The room even had a coffee machine.

United KingdomThe restaurant was lacking in atmosphere and the staff, despite being available and offering solid service were a little lacking in personal touch. A smile and good welcome goes a long way to making your stay feel better. The menu was online which is again not very personal and while we talked to the manager about the fact that we were not allowed to play backgammon at the dining table he did not check in again with us during our stay or ask us how our stay/holiday was going even though we saw him several times. The sea was very rough and cold while we were there due to windy weather and we were unable to swim properly during our stay. The sand is black, not white as in the promotional photos.
The Turkish breakfast was excellent, a large choice of delicious things which changed daily. The location is fantastic in terms of being away from the busy town and also being surrounded by trees and hills. The private beach is very peaceful and there are many places to sit and relax. The view is beautiful and a lovely place to have breakfast. The hotel was clean and the check in welcome was very good.

Opposite to other guests comments, I find wi-fi quality very good. Wifi connection was avaiable even at the beach anytime. Rooms are extraordinary, very clean. Food is delicious.

United KingdomWifi was a bit rubbish - mainly in my first room but staff did all they could to address, including moving me. Ground floor sea view rooms nowhere near as good as higher floors - view is decent but room slightly below ground level and window not as private as I’d like.
Super peaceful in quiet bay just around the corner from Akyaka. Beautiful views and amazing location of dining area on the water front. Service was amazing, plenty of smiles.

United StatesWhen i was checking out, I learned that they have larger rooms. the ones we stayed at were very tiny.
we have most liked the staff. they were all very friendly and accomodating. They had smiley faces and went above and beyond to make us happy. for example, my father likes drinking ayran (turkish drink), they didn’t carry it so they made it frim scratch for him. I stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and haven’t felt that comfortable anywhere else.

TurkeyMaybe some paddles and canoes could be nice in this premises like the neighbours, but one can go and rent there also.
Organically built premises, it has a very nice harmony with the huge Sakar Mountain and forests at the background. A variety of sunbathing area like nets, verandas, sandy beach etc are there, staff is so friendly and caring. Breakfast and a la carte retaurant was soo good. The sea was so refreshing, but it could feel a bit cold to some people , I loved the experience overally.

GermanySome small items in the hammocks needed maintenance and the door to the room seemed like it didn't close properly. When people are noisy in the corridor you can hear them a lot.
The food in the restaurant was super tasty. The breakfast was vast and delicious with the perfect view of the bay. The hotel has really nice facilities to be in the sea. Overall the hotel offers a really good experience.

SwedenIt was horrible and so sad to see those ducks being prisoners in the little man-made pond. I am sure their wings have been cut, that¨s why they couldn¨t fly away. This type of cruelty to animals is not acceptable in 2022. This circumstance was a very negative thing about the stay, which apart from that was fine. It made us feel really bad. Poor birds.

United Arab EmiratesIt's quite unclear to me how this place is able to secure a 4.5/5 rating. I had a reservation here for 2 nights. I made the mistake of not realizing that this was adults only, so I brought my kid as well, only to find out it's an adult only stay. I'm not blaming them for this, again, as it's clearly my mistake (however the hotel did not make it clear on the booking site that it was adults only - anyways) the bigger problem is the absolutely terrible attitude from the management, particularly the general manager, named Mr Ismail. The hotel charged me for the entire stay before showing up to the property, which is ok. When I said "well, if I'm not able to check-in, why don't you charge for me for the first night, and provide a refund for all other nights", the front desk said they needed to check with Mr Ismail. I was quite shocked to see that Mr Ismail did not really care to speak to us, but only communicated through the staff. Then Mr Ismail kindly "invited" us to his office which was quite far from the front desk. I've never stayed in a hotel where the general manager "asks" the guest to visit him in their office, rather than the other way around. I refused to meet him. You can easily see that the general manager also accepted on trip advisr that he invited me to the room which was “12 meters” away. Later I reached out to him on whatsapp, and needless to say, complete indifference to the situation. Their policy of not refunding anything back in such a situation is a complete rip-off. it's as if they do it on purpose (not make it clear it's adults only, charge people ahead of time, then not provide anything back) If you want a more professional experience, go to d-maris, edition in bodrum, d-resort in gocek, or mandarin oriental in bodrum. oh the general manager is also blatantly lying he managed some if these hotels.
