I was happy with everything jist the hot water tend to be a little issue at times for shower it was only available at certain timings. No soap or shampoo provided take your own. For kitchen no tea sugar extra have to take your own .no microwave . Over all brilliant stay

Brilliant stay highly recommend . was staying here with my my two kids the location is brilliant with parks outside the hotel and further down the road beach front hotel with balcony the apartment was very spacious and clean with all required essentials. Housekeeping was done daily new towels and bedsheets changed were provided daily.front desk staff Ibrahim was brilliant extremely helpful and went out his was to provide help and support as and when required ..Ray another front desk staff very helpful full and support. Theres lifts in the property. I would highly recommend this.no restaurant inside but few close by 2 mins walk away. There's fridge in apartment is very helpful the beds very very comfy my both kids slept very well on beds.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights, paid 16$ per night in february 2024. There is a small stairway before the entrance to the hotel. RECEPTION: All staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Especially old guy from the reception, very funny one. ROOM: I lived in "Economy Room" on the third floor, double bed with private bathroom. It was a pretty big room with balcony, air conditioner, dressing table. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was little bit cold at night, but you can turn on air conditioner and it is better to close the bedroom door. BATHROOM: Clean, water was warm and the pressure was ok. Towels are provided. But it is little bit dark inside, so it is difficult to shave. Shampoo and gel are not provided. There is no washing machine in the number, but you can ask reception for laundry. KITCHEN: Pretty big territory with 2 sofas, small tv, balcony and kitchen with everything you need. Kettle, pot, forks, knives, small electric stove. Also you can enjoy sea view from the balcony. They stick you round the back, overlooking a stagnant unused pool, then when you ask to be moved to the front, they charge you extra. There's no 'Do not disturb' signs so they just walk into your apartment unannounced.

It had all I needed, I liked the apartment theme where you have a separate living room.

At first floor, the sewage gave quite a strong smell in our bathroom.

Location near the beach. Good beds. Kind staff. Spacious room. Very affordable. Easy parking. With open window you do hear the sea at night which is lovely.

the hotel appearence is not the newest one and at first apartment was a problem with shower . But quality for money is great overall. For such affordable price there were no huge expectations towards such things.

The stuff in the room are quite old. The wifi connection is horrible. You can’t open your email box even.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the yard and turtles are lovely. The stuff are polite , kind and always ready to help. The clean ladies are amazing . The room was always clean.

Sometimes in the evening there comes a bad smell in this area (seward smell). Experienced lack of water (warm) in the shower.

The receptionist replacing the owner during night shifts is sometimes moody and hostile to guests. But aren't we all? On the bright side, when he's in the good mood he excitingly greets you each time and calls you "my friend". Some extra staff training or replacement would do be beneficial for the property. Taking pictures of your laundry before handing it in is a good idea - you might find some of your items missing and the cleaning lady will say they were never there - probably just misplacing and loosing your stuff.

Great location - across the street from an excellent beach, safe (police station across the street), the owner is very nice and customer-oriented, good and inexpensive menu on the premises. Paying extra for the sea view is not needed - you have a bit of it from any room. Plenty of restaraunts in a walking distance. Migros 5 minute walk away. Furniture is old, but sturdy. Room cleaning is daily. WiFi speed okay.

Location is very nice. The rooms are old, but very clean. But prices are low, and definitely worth the money we paid.

The WiFi is not good when the apartment block is full. I work online and had to go out to a cafe 20 minutes walk away each day which was not ideal. Please get additional WiFi bandwidth in place and we will be very happy to come back!

The staff made a real effort to make us welcome and solve WiFi issues. The room smelled of smoke when we arrived, however was quickly resolved.

Problems with hot water, especially on cloudy days - you can have it only at scheduled hours of the day. Therefore, it's almost impossible to bath a little child there - too cold (in the winter, ofc).

The best place for a family vacation. The great location: the beach is just a few minutes away as well Migos-Shop with such option as currency exchange, There is a very helpful staff: quick response to all requests. The rooms are equipped with easy but all the necessary facilities.

Maybe kitchen could be a bit more equiped + a dining table inside would be a plus, but definitely not a dealbreaker.

Hotel apartments are very old. While all tools are provided (except consumable amenities such as soap, paper tissue, etc) they were overly used and I couldn’t trust their hygiene level Some part of the apartment were dusty or weren’t cleaned properly Only one AC in the bedroom; no AC in the setting area Sometimes sewage smell was coming out from the kitchen sink.

Location was great few steps away from the beach, bus/taxi stations and kids playground. It is in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to everything you may need. Staff were all very helpful and speak relatively good English. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. The reception and pool area are very clean and fresh. Strongly recommended if you plan to spend most of your days out discovering the city, by the beach or on day trips.
