Hotel - in OK shape. Need some renovation to make it more appealing. it has very non modern basic style -some modern painting and fixing of the mirrors in the bathroom would go a long way. Balcony style could be changed to glass to take advantage of the view. The cat at the breakfast was annoying - better to feed her in the morning and keep her away from the customers.

A few bars near the car road work till 00 00. A bit noise from car road. I'm very sensitive and I hear it. But it was possible to sleep for whole of the night. I used earplugs for the best condition. Just my note.

Trip in the middle of September 2023. Breakfast is very tasty: beans, fried eggs, omelette, tomatoes, cucumber, corn flakes,jams,fresh bread,tasty watermelon and melon and etc. Location is good. It's far from the many bars. It was possible to sleep after 00 00. I used earplugs with opened balcony door. At the same time it's not the edge of a promenade, not so big distance to cafes and shops. Bus stop is 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Busses come every 5-7 minutes. The room was clean and without smells. Good private cosy beach near the hotel. WI fi is available at the beach. Staff is very hospitable:) Mary thanks for their attention.

Maybe the breakfast could have had more options or changed a little daily as it was mainly the same thing everyday.

The breakfast was good, maybe a bit more variety would make it better. Location was good as just far away from the centre but not too close so it wasn't noisy.

Not allowed to have own drinks by pool or on the beach because you had to purchase from the bar. Room smelt like damp and no wifi in the room. Bit unorganised when checking in.

The resort has White lights everywhere which makes it look cheap which is not. The room it self (seashell 42) is clean and will maintained however out of style very basic. The hot water in the room is very limited and could be an issue for large family. The internet is not functioning although many complains were made.

Nice resort with direct access to the beach, mini market on site which is great. Many swimming pools and sun beds. Restaurant and bar on site if needed. The resort looks amazing in the daytime.

Had an amazing 6 nights stay at Hotel caprea with fantastic facilities providing all that you need. This hotel is situated in a fabulous location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby and away from all the noise from nightclubs. All of the staff, including the receptionists and restaurant staff, were extremely helpful and friendly, which made our time in marmaris much more enjoyable. Overall, I cannot fault his hotel, It really exceeded all my expectations

Mini fridge was not cold enough, no kettle or complimentary tea coffee, beds / pillow were very uncomfortable, the lights did not work, an aircon unit was leaking water ontop of the bed, decors was very old, the floors were like a skateboard ring walking on it made you feel out of level, the breakfast is at 7.30 to 10.0am too short, no free water bottles provided and wad an extra, limited tv channels, bathroom toilets were not locking properly, pool was very dirty and looks like it wasn't cleaned for years, the staff were not very helpful and looked depressed, seen some staff handled bread with their hands with no gloves on, the dining table chairs were too high for the tables and was very uncomfortable, the toilet was flushing with hot water, the shower mixers were not working properly and water fluctuation alot could not have a proper showers, al in all I would not stay their again not worth it...I guess we could of lived with all of the items apart from the hotel wanting to charge us for water which must be a standard item to be provided as you can't drink tap water.

Staff is terrible. We've been there for 12 days, and we had to persuade them every day to clean the room properly. Although after cleaning the room was still dirty. There is an awful smell of sewerage in the bathroom, so we had to close the door every time. There were problems with hot water which nobody fixed. The staff looks friendly, but when we asked for something they were doing nothing. Wifi is bad, you have to stand near the door to search the net. We lived in luxe room and it is in the end of the storey, I think this is why wi fi was poor. There was a jacuzzi in the room which is useless, as it is small and it s impossible to use it together. When we checked in the room wasn't cleaned, there were no mini bar at all and the receptionist sad that the cleaners were tired, so they didn't clean the room. The room is old, needs renovation. It's impossible to seat in the balcony as it is very noisy there, and the view is at the parking zone, not at mountains, ai is was said on booking. The hotel has its own beach, though you are not allowed to drink or eat something you buy outside, you have to order something in the bar. So, I don't recommend to visit this hotel.

This hotel has only two positive sides: location ( near the beach) and breakfasts. The hotel has a swimming pool and hammocks.

The hotel is situated on the beach which is beautiful. The breakfast is great and the staff are helpful too. The rooms are lovely and clean, the cleaners come everyday to the clean the rooms.

The beach staff were unprofessional as I paid my bill straight away it was £70.00 T-lira the beach / bar staff said thanks I’ll keep the change too. He decided this got himself then when I finished I was going he came back and said can you pay your bill when I questioned him saying I paid the bill already he said no that was a tip you can pay your bill now ? The internet in the room were very poor. You could only get the internet in the reception area an the beach internet was hit and missed

The rooms were cleaned daily, clean, comfortable. Location is ok slightly out from the central of mamaris but 30 mins walk to old town is ok on the beach promonade. Own beach too for the hotel.
