Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Some people we met there complained about isolation from Marmaris (c25mins taxi). Hotel does fairly frequent boat trips to and from the town which are about 20-30mins. To us we never needed to leave as it was great to have the exclusive private sanctuary feel to the hotel and its surroundings.
Great adult only concept hotel next to the sea. Private breach with (rather large) infinity pool next to it and various different places to sit, all on what is essentially an island not far from Marmaris. Food concept great too. Choice from 6 or 7 good stations. Order what you want and you pick it up when freshly cooked. Best of both, buffet type choice but freshly made restaurant quality food at the same time. Great cuisine types with lots of variety, we didn't notice any repetition in our 10 days stay. Good music throughout the day with live DJs at certain times. Great watersport selection next to the hotel. The hotel also has an action packed itinerary. Lots of it free with some paid options. We were never bored. Also did a half day boat trip round the area which was excellent value. Room was decent too both size and facilities. Staff service generally very good. We also used the hamman spa, not cheap for Turkey but some great package treatments. Also used the gym which was pretty good. Strongly suggest you go on one or two or the early morning treks with the hotel manager. Great way to see the island nature reserve and get some exercise. Really important - strongly recommend one goes for the all inclusive option. Glad we did. It's great value for money as going and hoc can be expensive and hotel is very isolated so no external choices nearby. All food was excellent and drinks menu in AI not too bad. Overall we really loved this place and would definitely return or go to one of their other hotels in the Mediterranean. Cool concept.

United KingdomPool/beach: - towel cards with only one towel per person - No poolside drinks and food service - Umbrellas can’t close and open Food/drinks: - below average lunch and dinner. - For non all inclusive guests, food is well below 5 star standards. More like 3 - Drinks are expensive €20 euro cocktails, €7 for a pint - When waiters come to clear up, they walk around with a big trolley of the dirty plates and bins. This is not what I expect from a 5 star hotel - Turkish food each meal was nice, questionable execution of other cuisines Rooms: - only one open rail with no door, no drawers or shelves. Understand that the theme is boho chic, but not having space to keep non-hanging items is not 5 star standard - No basics in the bathroom - no vanity set, toothbrush holder, no bathrobes, no conditioner. Basically in the bathroom there is only hand wash, toilet roll, towels and shampoo. Not 5 star standard at all - Small, old school (not smart) TV - Incredibly little lighting. Again, understand the boho theme but it’s that can still be done with decent lighting. - Clear wear and tear with little maintenance - Cleaning was okay but clearly they did not hoover once in the 5 days - No headboard - Blanket was one thin sheet - Empty mini fridge Spa - not 5 standard at all - No offer of tea/water before or after the treatment - Masseuse did not ask of any existing injuries, problem areas, etc. she also sat on a rolling chair, which didn’t make for a relaxing quiet atmosphere - No privacy when getting ready for the massage - Expensive for the quality Hotel in general - needs a lot of upkeep - lots of wear and tear to the walls, stairs, ceilings, etc. None of the interior is of 5 star quality at all, would stay closer to 3 - Worry they used the ‘boho’ theme as an excuse for minimal services
Pool/beach: - nice big pool, lots of sunbeds with thick mattress so they are comfortable - Beautiful beach in the bay, clear water - Cute ducks Food/drinks: - breakfast is good, barista coffee, lots of options, fresh juice - Cater to dietary requirements - Experienced bar tenders with well stocked bar - Gelateria Rooms: - sea view room had a gorgeous view - Fairly Spacious rooms - Good shower - Good AC Hotel in general - location is beautiful in terms of the bay and surrounding nature - Friendly staff - Boho theme is nice aesthetically - Movie night on the beach was nice - DJ all the time created a nice ambiance - Easy to get to Marmaris in 20 mins either by boat (200 TL per person per way, and it’s an old boat) or by cab (500-600 TL one way - not 400 TL as the reception says) - Relatively helpful staff in concierge - Note there are no restaurants within a 15 mins journey, a cab or boat ride are needed

IraqThe road to the club was twisty and a little bit far from city centre, each trip to the city centre costs about 800 turkish lera back and forth, and the location of the club is a bit isolated so you should bring everything you need including money exchange. The room was pretty small, it was hard to unpack the bags. The pool was not the cleanest.
The view was great, the food was really good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was classy overall, there were nice night activities, you dont really get bored if you spend most of your time in the resort.

SwitzerlandI really enjoyed my stay at Cook's Club! First I was given a small and very dark room in the back, but then I got another really beautiful and spacious room (in the same category) and that made a big difference! :)) I loved the music / DJ concept, with sets of music throughout the day. What I could not understand was the super loud music they played after 10 pm for a handful of people at the bar, but that was heard also in the rooms. Great bed, great pool, lovely location and nice staff! Food could be better

RussiaDespite the fact that the hotel positions itself as a quiet place for relaxation and no noisy parties - every night we stayed - there was extrimely loud music (perfomed by DJ) and a loud party, organized for some kind of yachting regatta. So we couldn't sleep until midnight!!!!
The location is perfect, the hotel with a little cozy beach is surrounded by mountains covered with pine trees - beautiful and peaceful! The staff is helpful, speaks good English! SPA is excellent, hammam, sauna, everything you need to relax, nice women will give you a professional massage!!!

United StatesI wish they had more of the pool lounge chairs with the plush cushions. If you want one of these, you really need to be out by the pool by 08:30. They are all taken after that. The Wi-Fi was also very slow (1-2 Mbps). The “co-working space” seemed like a waste, no one actually comes here to work and the wifi is too slow to do any work anyway. This area should be turned into more amenity space like a game room. The resort does not offer shared airport transfers so you will have to book a private transfer to the airport (approx €70 eur each way depending on the company). It would have been nice if there were more activities. If you stay for more than 3-4 days, you will run out of things to do. The kitchen is closed from 15:30-18:30, I wish they had at least some snacks out during this period.
The rooms were nicely decorated and recently renovated. The pool and beach is large and the water was never too busy. The food was excellent, there was a lot of variety for dinner and everything we tried was very good. We did a package at the spa one morning which was very nice as well. The spa prices are on-par with what you would pay at a similar place in Europe (€80-€100 for most packages). The resort is in a quiet and secluded location. They had nice music playing by the pool and beach throughout the day.

ItalyMost of the staff was truly excellent but one woman in particular had an inexplicable behavior. When we pointed out that, despite signs and flyers stating it’s not accepted, there were tons of sunbeds being reserved with towels with no one around for 3/4 hrs she laughed saying it was none of her business and suggesting we should had done the same in the early morning. First of all, if you consider yourself even just a bit on the high-end of the hotel spectrum, you should always try to solve this type of issues - especially the one that are against your proper rules. Secondly never have I ever found a staff member of any hotel going against their policy and laughing at that. We had another small inconvenience related to food that was promptly solved so it’s not a management issue but more like an isolated case. If it weren’t for the others I would have rated the stay 6/10. I hope this review can be constructive for the future of the hotel.

The hotel was exceptional. We enjoyed the services and activities there. We loved the beach and the water activities. Transportation was available to the city at various times. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The DJ was great with all day pool music and club music at night.
