Location is in a shoe fabric district, but felt definitely safe. They come to clean and change towels every day, even though you leave do not disturb on the door.

It's nothing in particular, but just an information for travelers. As the hotel is situated in the old city, they should expect narrow streets, not always very clean. It's quite normal for this part of the city, there are a lot of small manufacturing enterprises, and it comes with the history, part of the charm of Istanbul.

Helpful and friendly management &staff, very clean and well managed hotel. In walking distance from the main touristic objectives.

Brand new hotel in a great location (side street from the Grand Bazaar). It really looks like in the pics, great value for money! There are a few hotels with "Marmara" in the name, some of which have really bad reviews, but this one is legit and we were very pleasantly surprised with the standard.

The hotel is in an industrial sector, surrounded by warehouses, workshops, and is quite busy during the day. But it's a good hotel that keeps a low profile, and close enough to some good places to eat, and to the tram station.

Nothing to not like

Everything about this property was great! We had a really comfortable time here and the staff was just the best. They have helped us in every way irrespective of the time and place. I’d be happy to visit here again and market this hotel for its impressive services and facilities. The location is so good for all types of public transport travel. Must visit and can’t fault at all! :)

The room that we booked was not the actual one from the photos. I assumed there are two rooms and we get one with smaller bathroom- the toilet is inside the place of the shower really funny but you can see that they tried to use as much space they could. We didn’t bother with that a lot because we used room only for sleepover.

The Location is good,pretty close next to the Bayazit tram station. The receptionist was very friendly and kind. They would try to help you with best option for transportation and fix any issues that you will face. The place is clean,small but just fine who is trying to fit their budget. If you are looking for fancy place this is not the property because it’s located in small street surrounded by shoes and clothes shops that could look a little bit scary during the night.

We found very odd that toilet was in the shower. Light in the bathroom was inadequate. Bathroom was small.

Staff are very friendy, location is in old, industrial part of the city, not far from a very busy street . It felt safe. The hotel offers rooms service almost for anything. Good location for exploring the old part of the city.

Location is a bit questionable. It is near to all the places and monuments and tram station, but hotel is located in the shopping area and it is very crowded in the sorounding streets.

Room was really nice and spacious. Also, nice lady is cleaning the room everyday. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. Food delivery to the room is great option and food was really tasty and nice.

Although the location was good for attractions and the back streets are well worth exploring m, be prepared to walk a lot of steep streets and bring a sat nav! This is obviously not the hotels fault and does not detract from my review.

Rooms are small but very well maintained. Room cleaned every day and clean towels. Staff are excellent and very helpful and available 24 hrs. Around a 20 minute walk to top attractions.
