The family room was perfect for us and personnel is very nice and helpful. We also liked the location. Busy loacation but at night quiet in the rooms to sleep well. We loved the accomodation!

Firstly location. This is my second time in Istanbul and that time my hotel was in this general area but I thought at first better located. After my stay, I realised this location was perfect for me. And very close to the old Grand Bazar. Breakfast was amazingly good - I generally am not a breakfast eater but always pop down for a coffee and light bite when breakfast is included anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised by the selection and variety. And it's the first time I've ever seen a genuine full fresh honeycomb slab that you can cut a piece off. Staff were helpful, informative, friendly and efficient - couldn't be better.

The only thing I would like to point out here is that there aren’t many vegetarian options for breakfast.

The property is amazing. It’s very centrally located and closer to all must see sites in Istanbul :)

Location better than the popular Sultanamet and very convenient for the T1 tram that I used a lot. Very professional and personable staff and the best hotel greeting I have ever had. Rooms, though on the small side, have good facilities eg hooks for clothes, space to put luggage. Onsite restaurant was very handy

Smell from toilet. I think this smell from drain system. The king size bed is combine bed so in the middle not feel comfortable.

The location is great and very clean hotel. Staff is kind and helpful breatfast is good. The house keepong is good they clean room and change towel daily. They even provide 2 complimentary mineral water daily.

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting all the main attractions just around the corner. The room was modern, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. A bonus was the nice breakfast and soundproof rooms. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, going the extra mile for your pleasant stay. Lots of cosy restaurants and shops are just around. Great experience!

Very good location in the old town (walking distance to several attractions like the blue mosque) and close to a tram station. Staff was super friendly!! The rooms were very good and had great comfort and space. Restaurant in the Hotel is very good!

I really think that the hotel is in one of the best locations of the main tourist attractions of the district. It was a very comfortable walking distance pretty much to most of them. We could easily walk over the Galata Bridge after the dinner on that side. My booking offers breakfast but we didn't come down for breakfast in the first 3 days (cuz I remembered previous reviews have pointed out that breakfast was very minimal...) however, we went there on Day 4, and it was GOOD! The hotel must have significantly improved the breakfast quality or some people are being extremely picky ...

Staff are friendly, approachable and can’t do enough to help. Breakfast is varied and delicious. I would be very surprised if anybody could find nothing they liked. The hotel is minutes walk from main attractions.

Very nice and helpful staff. Pleasant and modern lobby area. Family connection room for 5 people was spacious, clean and quiet. Bottles of water delivered to room everyday. Breakfast - not a great choice, but everything was tasty. Do not hesitate to book.

I would have liked to feel a bit more welcomed, we were tired from the flight, and the private Mercedes Taxi (50 euros) driver flung our luggage into the back of the minivan and they shuffled amongst each other till our destination. He somehow managed to put them out of his car and left. The taxi needs to be paid in cash separately, so no using card here. I think there is somewhat of a cultural difference here. I didn't find the people very friendly, but they do try to make your stay comfortable or help you out with information.

The breakfast buffet was nice, nothing extravagant. All the staff's demeanor was serious and professional, I felt like I was in a John Wick movie LOL. Maybe it was because I wasn't tipping people left and right, maybe then the smiles would have come out. Overall it was a nice stay, reception, and staff will help you when you ask for it. Very clean and excellent location. The room was very nice, we had a good stay there.
